Mother Culture specification:a) Strains: Lactobacillus, Yeast, Photosynthetic Bacteriab) PH: 4 or less than 4c) Appearance : Brown liquidd) Smell: Sweet fermented smelle) Bacterial Mother culture for anaerobic STP should be Manufactured/produced by reputed firm & be feasible in STP as much as existing using mother culture is.For period of 274 days @ 4 litres per day (II) Supply of Micronutrients (Molasses)Appearance: Thick viscous dark brown/blackish liquidSmell: Sweet smell.For period of 05 Months @4Kgs per day and including with AMC of various eletrical motors (Mono Block & other minor repairs) etc complete.. 2 2.2/3 KW/HP Mono block pump and Motor repair and rewinding, bearing/mechanical seal/impellar repair replacement. All respect to the satisfaction of consultant/engineer in Charge note including deduction of old copper cost. 3 Cleaning changing and rotation of sewage treatment plant filler bed with water jet by extracting this out from bed and washing this with water jet and refixing the gravel as it was on site in the filter bed.all respect up to the satisfaction of consultnat/engineer in charge. 4 Cleaning sewage treatment plant chamber With jet andremoving solid waste out form chamber and dispose this within a lead of 50 mtr distance all respect up to the satisfaction of consultnat/engineer in charge. 5 Cleaning/ Removing sludge from septic tank/ Main sewerage tankbymechnically or manually including disposal of the same outside the compound as per direction of engineer in charge. (approx qty of sludge is 25.00 cum) 6 Cleaning and desilting of Manhole with connecting line , including removal of rubbish mixed with earth etc. and disposal of same, all as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. 7 Visit of supervisor of specialist firm (Once in a quarter) to check the functioning of Anaerobic STP & all electro mechanical equipments, to check the activation and dosing procedures pattern of the bacterial culture, preparation of STP visit report and submission of recommendations if any etc. Sample testing if required will be done at extra cost after getting duly approved from ITBP. 8 Sample Testing of Treated water from any NABL accredited Lab for following parameters:a.
