| 11 | Providing services of GPS enabled covered body maintenance van for PWD Roads duly painted with approved colour (as per Photograph attached) of Tata SFC 407 Truck or equivalent model manufactured not before 2020 (only CNG fuel Model vehicle) of size as per manufacturer\"s specifications. All sides and top covered with M.S. Sheets properly braced & stiffened with provision of an openable shutter with locking arrangement at back. Vehicle shall bear information/display/PWD Logo/Office address etc. with retro reflective tape of approved colour shade on all sides as per attached drawing and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Rate shall be for 8hoursduty of vehicle including Driver equipped with smart mobile phone with internet & data transfer mobile phone facility, running cost ofCNG fuel, M-Oil etc, Hammer, Phawarah, gaintie, bucket, tasla, bamboo, drum, safety cones etc. as per T&P list attached in the NIT are all inclusive in the per day 8 hoursrates (w.e.f. 5PM to 9AM ). All men on duty shall wear uniform with night vision safety jackets with PWD logo all complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge to attend urgent road related complaints such as opening of bell mouths, cleaning of floating material/malba found on the carriageway, central verge, footpath main right of way, disposal of the same to the dumping ground, minor road repairs help in removing encroachment removal of banners holding etc (Note:- The copy of driving license, registration, pollution certificate and insurance of vehicle will be deposited in Division office & payment for provision of GPS shall be inclusive). Only CNG vehicle shall be allowed. If the maintenance van is not provided by the contractor round the clock than recovery from running bill will be @ Rs. 5000/- per day.Staff required with Van:- a) Driver- 1 No. equipped with smart Phone. b) Vehicle GPS enabled. |

| 13 | Hiring charges for providing all necessary arrangements for dewatering and pumping out the Mud/Sludge from existing running drains with following components:-a) Trolly mounted silent type Diesel Generator set of minimum 66 KV including star-Delta Panel. b) Heavy duty pump of 20 HP with (submersible & self priming non logging having 150mm section and delivery having. 150mm suction and delivery head flex fitness) self start in operating / working condition for dewatering of local rainy water accumulation stagnation having suspended articles etc. with necessary flexible suction / delivery & sufficient length and operator and helper / guard as per direction of Engineer in Charge (Deployment of pump for 24 Hrs. shall be counted Note: as one Job.)1. Agency shall submit the log book with duly verified by AE/JE on daily basis. 2. If pump is not working/ breakdown for upto 2 hrs. Recovery will be made from Running Bill/ Final Bill of agency @ 2500 per hour and if pump breakdown for more than 2 hrs. Thereafter recovery will be made @ 10000/ per every hour. 3. Agency should attend the complaints related to water logging removal as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 4. It will be the responsibility of the agency to remove floating material from the location of the pump so that the pumping could be done uninterrupted. 5. Agency shall arrange temporary shed for pump set if required. No extra shall be paid on this account. |
| 14 | Running charges of diesel engine pump set including the cost of HSD oil and lubricating oil for operation of diesel pump as and when required etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-inCharge. |
