Make Dr fixit 18 M&L 100mm bore reinforced cement concrete pipe Class NP2 laid and jointed complete with collarsand laid in trenches including testing all as specified and directed. 19 M&L 150mm bore reinforced cement concrete pipe Class NP2 laid and jointed complete with collarsand laid in trenches including testing all as specified and directed. 20 M & L 600mm bore Reinforced Cement Concrete pipes, class NP 2, laid and jointed complete with and including RCC collars all as specified and as directed. 21 M&L for concrete bed cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 300mm dia existing drain pipe includingpacking under, and completely surrounding pipes withconcrete after they are laid and tested. 22 Material and Labour for Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, benching including finishing the concrete surface even & smooth without using extra cement. 23 S&F 40mm bore HDPE pipe as in spout pipes in pits 24 Dismatling floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortor bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises 25 M & L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square or Rectangular) area of each tilenot exc. 0.11 sqm, as in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of tile including 15mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed. 26 M & L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 300 mm X 450 mm X 7 mm thick as on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and rises to steps etc. over 10mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of tile complete all as specified and directed. 27 S&F in repairs Grating 150mmx150mm made out of stainless steel complete all as specified and directed. 28 S&F in repairHealth faucet (ABS Body) mild steel chromium plated suitable for 15 mm dia pipe with 1.25 metre long flexible tube and ABS wall hook including making connections and fixed in position complete in all respect as specified. 29 S&F in repairs Vitreous China wash down water colset (Squat pattern) white complete as fixed in repair excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe Orissa pattern size 580x400 with integral footrest inject connection to trap antisyphonage etc complete incl joint between flushing pipe and socket of WC. 30 S&F in repairs Vitreous China wash downwater closet(EWC) (pedestal pattern)white complete as fixed in repairexcluding flushing cistern and flush pipeand trap white including fixing bolts,WC seat cover of fixed with aluminium or ms chromium plated complete all as specified. 31 S&F in repairs 75 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints and fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed 32 Material & labour for preparation of new surfaces and & applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. 33 M&L75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6mix type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection/hardstanding to protect from rats/insects around the manholes and paving finishing concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement 34 M& L Chequered Cement Concrete Tiles 30 cm x 30 cmX 20-25 mm th set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in neatgrey cement&pigment in floors over screed bed 15 mm thk in cm 1:6 .complete all as specified. 35 S & F hume pipe septic tank 50 users capacity including all excavation earth work required and demolition and removal of old septic tank (any size) and removal of debris including vent pipe, cowl, rcc covers, plasters and connecting the new septic tank to the incoming sewer lines and connected to soak pit directed. 36 Returning, Filling in, including Spreading, Levelling, Watering and Well Ramming in Layers not exc. 250mm in Soft/Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed. 37 Removing the excavated surplus soils exc 1.5KM n.exc 5 KM anddepositings where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point (Note : Site of disposal of soil is to located by Contractor himself.If any extra lead for disposal of soil behind 5km will be bear by the Contractor) 38 M&L providing plain cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 ,(using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains forming fair finished drain or channelinner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, mounds, mitred/stopped end etc.all as specified and directed. NOTE : Deduction from the volume of concrete shall be made for the channel opening 39 Material & labour for Cement concrete type C2, (1:3:6) (20mm graded stone aggregate) bed to drain pipe including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 100-200mm bore pipe.NOTE:(i)Thickness of bed below the barrel of pipes100mm .(ii)Width of bed: Outer diameter of drain pipes (not of socket/collars) plus 30 cm. 40 Material & labour for Cement concrete type C2, (1:3:6) (20mm graded stone aggregate) bed to drain pipe including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 300mm bore pipe. NOTE:(i)Thickness of bed below the barrel of pipes 150mm(ii)Width of bed: Outer diameter of drain pipes (not of socket/collars) plus 30 cm. 41 Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished, and reforming benching as required for internal dia of pipe 200mm 42 Removing / Bailing of sewage water the septic tank of various capacities and disposal outside MD land including cutting and removing all vegetable growth plants etc in around septic tank and filter bed etc and removing debris outside MD land. 43 Removal of sludge/disposal/sediment from septic tank of various capacities and disposal the same outside MD land including cutting and removing all vegetable growth plants etc including uprooting of small plants around septic tanks and filter beds and etc and removing debris outside MD land. 44 Cleaning of Manhole of any size and any depth including taking out sludge, sewer water, any other materials etc and disposal of the same outside MD land complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 45 Cleaning of blockages from Gully trap to 1st Manhole length of sewer line not exceed 5m by roding etc and cleaning all sludge from Gully trap to 1st Manhole including pouring water until the smooth flow and necessary earth work and disposed of sludge etc complete all as directed. 46 S & F in repairs PVC (SWR) bends for 110mm dia pipe all as specified and as directed 47 S&F in repairs 110mm dia PVC (SWR) grade single socketed pipes in any length complete with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floors/walls 48 S & F in repairs for PVC (SWR) vent cowl of 110mm dia 49 S & F in repairs (SWG) gully trap 150mm setting and jointing with solvent cement.
