| 33 | (ii) Contractor shalldeploysufficient number of electricians and helpers as directed by Engineer-in-charge to attend the complaints and reactify the same within 24 hours of receipt of complaints, failing which a penalty of Rs. 300.00 per complaint shall be imposed on contractor besides payment of complaint shall not be allowed. Attendence record of electrician and helpers shall be maintained jointly by the Engineer-in-Charge and Contractor as well. A pucca bound maintainence register shall also be maintained by the Engineer-in-Charge and Contractor as well. (iii) Contractor\"s representative shall collect thecomplaints at complaint cell at 8.30 AM to 9.00 AM from JE E/M and report after completion of rectification of complaints and handover a complaint slip to JE E/M with user signature as a record of attending the complaints for payment purposes. (iv) Old retrived material shall be deposited in AGE E/M yard and will be given to contractor after completion of contract. |
