Provision of 2000 Nos. cotton/Jute bags, branded with Government of Goa logo to VIP visitor’s bureaucrats from other States, guests, media etc. depicting event name also arrangement of 1000 branded pens/caps branded with Government of Goa logo for distribution among general public visiting to Goa pavilion.

Provision of 500 souvenir/gift hampers to be presented to VVIPs/delegates

Cultural performances depicting the traditional Goan folk art for minimum two hours every day with performance scheduled after every 20 minutes at the Goa Pavilion

Manpower: Hostesses, Housekeeping, Pantry services, Pantry equipment’s on daily basis, 12 roses daily and 5 Lucky plants and 15 Roses on the day of Inauguration and Cultural Evening, Refreshment for VIPs (minimum 10 nos. per day) and Food packets to officers/staffs (minimum 15 nos. per day) during the Fair in the Pavilion, An electronic device to count the foot falls (daily/cumulative figure) and others as specified in document

The contingent Travelling to and fro from Goa Sadan/Goa Niwas to Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi and back to the officials of line Departments and self-help group and Bio Diversity members (not more than 25 persons) on duty from November 12 to 28, 2024. (This also includes the local transport arrangement to officials on duty of DIP at New Delhi during the IITF period).
