Formulation of GIS based Master Plan as per (i) the Terms of Reference (Section-2 of the RFP) along with all required inputs for (a) RIMP for all the 4 (four) towns into the respective Master Plans, (ii) ensuring all Deliverables as per Clause 3 (iii) Providing support as per Clause 4, for one year from the date of approval of to the Authority, (iv) following all procedure as laid out in Clause 5, inMohanpur, Khowai, Kamalpur and Teliamura with total Planning Area extent [Urban (U) + Rural (R)] of about 98.52 sqKm (Mohanpur 15.33 sqKm, Khowai 31.18 sqKm, Kamalpur 26.00 sqKmand Teliamura 26.02 sqKm) along with updation of the Geo Database of Planning Area (Spatial Attribute Data collection), complete.

Property Mapping in the urban (U) area (tentative, as stated in the note below the table under Clause 1.8) of Mohanpur (14.55 Sq.Km), Khowai (5.86 sqKm), Kamalpur (7.99 sqKm) and Teliamura (5.76 sqKm)(approximate of the total =34.16 sqKm).
