All external sides should be laminated with 1mm thick lamination and the internal sides should be laminated with 0.8mm thick lamination and of approved make and quality. All the cut edges should be covered and sealed with PVC/wooden edge banding of approved quality and make. All journey fabrication work should be done with mini-fix fitting, wooden dowels, modular clips, screws, etc. Necessary provisions should be made to run the electrical and internet cables.
