3Construction of unlined surface drains of average cross sectional area 0.40 sqm in soil to specified lines, grades, levels and dimensions to the requirement of clause 301 and 309. Excavated material to be used in embankment including loading & unloading,all lead and lift with all other incidental chargesetc., complete..as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work. 4Loosening, leveling and Compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in Table 300-2 for subgrade construction including all lead, lifts, loading, unloading, all labour, hire charges of all machinery with all other incidental charges etc., complete as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work.
5Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 including protection of edges of GSB layer, cost ofall materials, labour, hire charges of all machinery, lighting, guarding, barricading, maintenance of diversion road, loading & unloading all lead, lifts etc., complete as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work.
6Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2 laid in layersand compacting it by mechanical means after adding water to its OMC, so as to achieve 97% compaction ofmaximum dry density and finish the surface to the required camber, grade and cross section etc., speading, grading by motor grador,consolidation by rollerincluding all lead, lifts, loading, unloading, all labour, hire charges of machinery with all other incidental charges etc., complete as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work.
7Wet Mix Macadam (Plant Mix Method): Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate as per table 400-12 & 400-13, to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub- base /base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired densityof 98% including protection of edges of WMM layer, cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of all machinery, lighting, guarding, barricading, maintenance of diversion road, loading & unloading with all lead, lifts etc., complete as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work. As per job approved mix.
8Prime Coat over WMM/WBM: Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 bitumen emulsion complying IS- 8887 on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means.as per table-500-3, including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of all machinery, lighting, barricading, guarding, with all lead, lift, loading & unloading etc., all other incidental charges etc., complete as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work.
9Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam with Higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates as per table 500-7 of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 grade paving bitumen as per clause 504.3.1 complying with IS-73-2013 of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder at 4.0 percent by wieght of total mix and filler at 2 percent by wieght of aggregate, transportingthe hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause no 505 complete in all repects including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, lead, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, transporting etc complete, including lead for Bitumen and with a lead of mixed materialGrading-II 50-75mm compacted thickness, (b) Using 30/40Grade ( VG-30) Bitumen. all other incidental charges etc., complete as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work.
10Tack Coat:- Tack Coat: Providing and applying tack coat with VG-10 Grade Bitumen usingpressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared Granular Surface cleaned with mechanical broom and dusting by air compressor and spraying including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, loading, unloading, stacking etc.,complete, including lead for bitumen. Using VG-10 Grade Bitumen (80/100), On Granular surface at 0.25kg/sqm. all other incidental charges etc., complete as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work.
11Bituminous Concrete Grading -II:- Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates as per table 500-7 of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 paving bitumen as per clause 504.3.1 complying with IS-73-2013 of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler @2% by weight of agregate, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, lead, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, transporting etc complete, including with all lead and lift (Compacted thickness).30-40 mm compacted thickness, all other incidental charges etc., complete as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work.
12Metal Beam Crash Barrier. Type - A, \"W\" : Metal Beam Crash Barrier Providing and erecting a \"W\" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 1.8 m high, 1.1 m below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 330 mm long complete as per clause 811 Type - A, \"W\" : Metal Beam Crash Barrier,complete as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work.
13Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound:- Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 10mm thick including reflectorising glass beads at 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 10 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. including barricading, traffic diversion as per IRC 35, cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matter, demarcation at site, traffic control, cost of all materials, all labour, lead, lifts, unloading, transporting etc.complete as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work.

16Retro- Reflectorised Traffic signs:- Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67 made of Class-B Type IV retro reflective sheeting fixed over 2 mm thick aluminium sheeting vide clause 801.3, 3mm/4mm thick Aluminium composite material sheet depending on the size of the sign fixed over back support frame of min 25 x 25 x 3mm Angle mounted on a mild steel circular pipe 65 NB ,3.2 mm thickness firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M25 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing. The sign shall be maintained as per section 12 of IRC 67. as per clauses, including curing, cost of all materials, all labour, lead, lift, loading, unloading, transporting etc.,complete as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work.
