Providing & fixing of Danger board, Name plate & Barbed wire and Complete Earthing of both the poles. (All the pettey material required for work i.e. Nuts & Bolt, washers, Clamps etc provided by contractor) 14 Laying of 33 K.V. XLPE Cable 3X300 mm2 in HDD method with HDD machine/normal soil as per site requirement by digging of trench 1.5 Mtr. deep & 750 mm. wide its boxing with bricks laying of cable & seperation of cable by brick wall, filling of sand upto top and covering with stone slab after laying of cable (All material will be provided by contractor) 15 High pressure testing of 33 K.V. XLPE Cable 3X300 mm2. Testing equipment will be arrange by the contractor. 16 Hoisting of 33 K.V. 3X300 mm2. XLPE cable with 6 dia, 3.0 Mtr. Long G.I. Pipe on the feeder cable before mounting the cable on the double pole, lifting,mounting and clamping of 33 K.V. feeder cable boxes on the feeder double pole structure and making connection including supply of cable mounting clamps and M.S. Pipe 150 mm. The work includes the sealing of G.I. pipe lower end of the pipe is to be buried in to the earth by about one foot. 17 Grouting and nozzeling of Stay set complete of size 16X1800 mm. with cement,sand, brick ballast 1:3:6 as per RESPO specification. 18 Lay down the LT PVC 1X400 Sq.mm. cable of different sizes for making the both side connection of Transformer after fixing the necessary clamps Lugs and other material required for completion of work including carriage from store center. 19 Supply and fixing of following material - 20 Aluminium Lug for 400 Sq.mm. 21 HDPE Pipe 140 mm. 22 Note :-1- All the material provided by contractor shall be as per norms of UPPCL/RESPO.2- One carriage including loading/unloading from dump site to pit site is included in scope of work.3- During execution of work all risk will be of the contractor.4- Contractor will provide all T & P, vehicle and man power.5- All the old and used material should be taken on book.6- The quantity may be vary ±10%.7- GST will be paid extra as legally applicable.8-The work should be carried out under Addtional B.P. 2024-25 .9-The work will be done as per norms of UPPCL/RESPO.
