Tender For Providing Paver Block Road At Podikadai Lane In Ward No.5 In Sriperumbudur Town Panchayat; 1 Earthwork excavating and depositing on bank with initial lead and lift of 10m and initial lift of 2m in sand, silt or other loose soil, wet sand or silt not under water, black cotton soil, sandy loam and ordinary soil including removal of excavated earth as per SS 20 A. 2 Supplying and filling in foundation andbasement with Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand) in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed watered and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification. 3 PlainCement Concrete 1:4:8 mix (One Cement, Four Fine Aggregate and Eight Course Aggregate) Using 40mm ISS HBG metal including all cost conveyance of materials and labour charges including vibrating charges etc. complete as per standard specification. 4 Steel centering for Sofits of reinforced Cement Concrete Slabs or Plain Surfaces including strutting upto 3 mtrs. height using MS Sheets of Size 90 cm x 60 cm and HBG 10 gauge stiffened with welded silver oak joists of size 10 cm x 6.5 cm spaced at about 90 cmc/c and supported by casuarinas props of size 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 75 cm c/c complying with standard specification - for 10 m2 5 PlainCement Concrete 1:2:4 mix (One Cement, Two Fine Aggregate and Four Course Aggregate) Using 20mm ISS HBG metal including all cost conveyance of materials and labour charges including vibrating charges etc. complete as per standard specification. 6 Providing of Granular Sub base using Grade I materials of table 400 -1 of Morth with minimum CBR 30 spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mix in by palce method at OMC and compacting with Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density including all labourcharges etc, complete as per technical specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Morth - IV No. 111,112,401,900 7 Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet mix macadam (WMM ) soecification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage to mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density complete as per clasue 406 of MORTH specifications. 8 Supply and laying precast designer Paver Block confirming to IS 15658-2006 specification manufacturing and laying standard of M40 grade 83 mm thick (Table Clauses sand 9.14) suitable for bus terminals, Industrial Complexes Road on expensive soils tec.,) including the cost of paver block of size 225mm x 112.50mm x 100mm and conveyance of materials to work site mentioned in the tender schedule cost of loading and unloading handling during over sand bed of 150mm thick (Excluding the cost of sand) conveyance paver block cutter to site and hire charges of vibrators and paver block cutter and labour charges for vibrator and paver block cutter operators and labour for levelling the sand to the paver block etc., complete IS 15658-2006
