Specifications – Digital Triaxial Load Frame (100 kN) (1 No’s) • Microprocessor based control • LCD display • Direct entry via a touch sensitive keyboard/touch screen • Rapid approach and return to datum of platen Fast Forward & Reverse Capacity – 100 kN Drive Mechanism - Stepper Motor Drive - Microprocessor controlled Platen Speed range - 0.0001 to 9.99999 (minimum) mm/minute. Horizontal clearance – 430 mm (minimum) Max. vertical clearance – 950 mm (minimum) Platen diameter – 150 mm (minimum) Platen travel – 100 mm (minimum) Specimen diameter (soil and soft rocks) – minimum upto 100 mm (and higher) Specifications - – Cell (2 No’s) • Triaxial cell for 38/50 mm diameter x 76/100 mm high specimens (for UU and CU test). • Suitable for lateral pressure upto 1000 kPa, the cell should have at least four take off positions drilled in the base for cell pressure, pore water pressure, and for top and bottom drainage. • Fitted with minimum 4 no volume change valves. • Cell supplied complete with one loading pad, drainage tubes, two porous stones, one sheath stretcher, one split sand former, 10 latex rubber sheaths and four sealing rings for 38/50 mm dia samples.
