Tender For Collection of data of students of class 9 and 11 of the year 2024-25 by the Board of Secondary Education through online technology and their advance registration and work of High School-Intermediate Examination year 2026 and other miscellaneous works, 1 Rate for online data collection, pre-registration (Pre Registration class-9th /11th 2024-25) and examination work (High School/Intermediate Exam- 2026) for advance registration of institutional students of class 9/11 of session 2024-25 and for their High School/Intermediate examination of the year 2026 and for online collection of educational details (data) of institutional and individual students of High School/Intermediate taking direct admission in class 10/12 in session 2025-26 in both English and Hindi languages ​​per student rate. 3 Rate for advance registration work- Rate per student for printing of checklist/nomenclature of received database and registration card with photo etc. 4 For pre-examination work of High School/Intermediate of the year 2026 - printing of checklist/roll list/admit card with photo/attendance sheet with photo etc.5 For post-examination work of High School/Intermediate of the year 2026 - result processing, uploading result on the net, printing of certificate with photo and other miscellaneous work related to the examination, rate per student. 6 Supply of OMR sheets containing printed educational details of all the candidates of High School Examination year 2025 for their subject wise 20 marks examination and scanning them after the examination and preparing a database of roll number wise/ subject wise marks for preparing the result7 Printing and supply of OMR sheets with variable data8 Scanning of OMR sheets and preparation of database9 Matching/ checking of result data to ensure 100% accuracy of the results of High School/ Intermediate examination of year 2025.

3अग्रिम पंजीकरण कार्य हेतु दर- प्राप्तडाटाबेस की चेकलिस्ट/नामावली एवं फोटोयुक्त पंजीकरण कार्ड आदि का मुद्रण हेतु प्रति छात्र दर ।
4वर्ष 2026 के हाईस्कूल/इण्टरमीडिएट के परीक्षा पूर्व के कार्य हेतु-चेकलिस्ट/नामावली/ फोटोयुक्त प्रवेशपत्र/ फोटोयुक्त उपस्थिति पत्रक आदि का मुद्रण।
5वर्ष 2026 के हाईस्कूल/इण्टरमीडिएट के परीक्षोत्तर के कार्य हेतु- रिजल्ट प्रोसेसिंग, नेट पर रिजल्ट अपलोड करना, फोटोयुक्त प्रमाणपत्र का मुद्रण एवं परीक्षा सम्बन्धी अन्य विविध कार्य हेतु प्रति छात्र दर।
6हाईस्कूल परीक्षा वर्ष 2025 के सभी परीक्षार्थियों के विषयवार 20 अंको की परीक्षा हेतु उनके मुद्रित शैक्षिक विवरण युक्त ओ0एम0आर0 शीट की आपूर्ति करना एवं परीक्षोपरांत उनकी स्कैनिंग कर परीक्षाफल तैयार करने हेतु अनुक्रमांकवार/ विषयवार प्राप्तांकों का डाटाबेस तैयार करना
7ओ0एम0आर0 शीट का वैरिएबल डाटा सहित मुद्रण एवं आपूर्ति
8ओ0एम0आर0 शीट की स्कैनिंग एवं डाटाबेस तैयार करना
9वर्ष 2025 की हाईस्कूल/इण्टरमीडिएट के परीक्षा परिणामों की शतप्रतिशत शुद्धता सुनिश्चित किये जाने हेतु रिजल्ट डाटा का मिलान/जांच (Collation) करना।
