| 6 | Providing and laying waterproofing treatment to horizontal surface consisting of following operations:1. Removal Work : Removing old plaster/even and sound concrete or Bricks/cement salury/ PCC etc.using hammer or hilti machine.2. Surface Cleaning & Preparation: Cleaning the surface using hard wire bursh,hair brush and other mechanical means. Ensuring that all loose dirt,dust and oil particles are removed from surface. Repairing of surface using polymer modified mortar/microconcrete and thus making the surface ready for waterproofing treatment.(Chemical Used:- Fosroc_Renderoc RG, equivalant). |

Joint & Slab Repair Work: Bricks Joint & Crack Treatment: Chase open joints in v shape of 15mm x 15mm using suitable means,later cleaning the same using water jet/blower and applying a bond coat of Nitobond SBR Latex mixed with cement, sand, Recron Fiber and water. Repairing of all cracks, holo area and honey combing with rich cement and mortor Admixed with integral waterproofing Compound. ratio of 1:1:3:4(Water : Polymer : Cement : Sand+ Fiber)(Chemical Used:-Fosroc_Nitobond SBR & Reliance_ Recron Fiber/ equivalant).4. Gola Making / Coving: Providing and laying 50mm*50mm gola at junction using cement mortar admixed with waterproofing compound. Primer Coat of Acrylic Bonder & Nano Technology Waterproofing Treatment: Once surface is properly cleanedand coatable providing and laying base primer one coat of Acrylic sealer and bonder /Nano technology /coating (Ratio:- 1:2:20) 1 part is Zycosil+, 2 part is Zycoprime plus, 20part is water. Dry for atleast 20-24 hours. Gravity-1.01-1.02, Solid Content: 35+- 1%, Viscosity @ 25c- <500 cps, pH@ 25c- 6-7. (Chemical Used:- Zydex-Zycoprime+Zycosil Plus, Fosroc_Hydroproof Xtra, equivalant). |
| 9 | 6. Fiber Glass Roll with Chemicals: Providing and Laying 50 gsm fiber glass roll over the primer coat with single components of high performance liquid membrane coating. Dilute EMB with water at a 50:50 ratio. Apply 8-10 sqm per kg . (Chemical Used:- Xchem_Eniroof EMB, Star-WF MB 602). |
| 10 | 7. Two Coats of Highly Flexible ElastomericWaterproofing Treatment: After application of fiber glass roll with EMB providing and laying Two coat of Highly flexible elastomeric coating. Applying first coat of Chemical over the surface and allowing it to dry for atleast 3-6 hours. Once first coat is dried providing and applying second coat of chemical coat and it to dry for atleast of 6-8 hours. Tensile Strength 0.51 N/mm2 (ASTM D 638), Elongation >1000% (ASTM D 412), Density 1.00+-0.05 g/ml (ASTM D 1475), (Ratio 1.2 kg per sqm in two coat. achive (DFT) of 550-650 microns.(Chemical Used:- Xchem_Eniroof EMB, Star-WF MB 602). |
| 11 | 8. Two Coats of High Solids AcrylicWaterproofing Treatment with Heat proof: After application of Eniroof EMB, laying two coat of Liquid Membrane acrylic coating with Heat proof. Applying first coat of liquid membrane coating over the EMB surface and allowing it to dry for atleast 5-6 hours. Once 1st coat is dried providing and applying second coat of Liquid membrane coat. Tensile Strength >2 N/mm2 (ASTM D 638), Elongation >500%b (ASTM D 638), Density 1.30+-0.05 g/ml (ASTM D 1475), UV resistance @100 hrs -Pass up to 7 degree (ASTM G 154). (Ratio 1.2 -1.5 kg per sqm in two coat. achive (DFT) of 1.2 mm (0.6mm per coat.) (Chemical Used:- Xchem_Eniroof SPR, Star-WF SP 600). |
