| 1 | Disconnecting all electric connections and taking down old existing LT panel including MCCB of any size and Supply, installation, testingand commissioning of outdoor type KIOSK panel board suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 V, 50 Hz andtested at CPRI for 415 volts factory fabricated in an approved factory having modern fabrication process powder coating in approved shared having thickness not less than 100 microns provided with suitable gasket to make it dust/vermin proof and general construction confirming to IS : 8623/93 comprising. The outer shell shall be made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet and MS angle section 40x40x6 mm base frame factory fabricated with front openable, double door system lockable/ open able. The bottom of the outer shell contains a detachable plate having size with glands. The outer shell shall be mounted onstand having zine coating not less than 80 microns. Provision of threaded earthing stud at bottom and lifting lugs of suitable size at top to lift the panel safely shall be made. The degree of protection of outer shell shall be IP - 54. Inner shell shall be made out of 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet duly compartmentalized for each control gear, TPNcopperbus bar of rating not less than the 1.5 times the rated capacity of the incomer MCCB. |
| 2 | The TPN bus bar shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleave.All control wires shall be with 2.5 sqmm multi strand copper conductor and shall be propely bunched, tied, ferruled for proper identification and crimped with adequate size of lugs of suitable length including PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 as in foundation of suitable size (30 cmbelow ground level & 40 cm above ground level) including necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.
