Royalty per bed per month for 300 beds (“The Royalty”), offered to be paid to the Authority by the Concessionaire during the Concession Period (post COD), which would be indexed to as per the variation in the Wholesale Price Index (WPI) annually.Note:1) The Concessionaire has to pay Authority, the quoted Royalty per Bed per Month for the existing 80 beds of the Hospital till COD. Post COD, the Concessionaire shall pay to Authority, a Royalty per bed per Month for 300 beds.2) Rate quoted is exclusive of all taxes as applicable time to time.
