Tender For Operation & Maintenance of Sewer Line And Msps/Sps At Expressway (Supply And Fixing Of 630 Kva Transformer And Construction Of Platform For Msps-1 Sector-136) Noida, 1 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.The Contractor has defect utilities like sewer line, water supply line electric cable, Telephone cable, Gas pipe line etc, using utility detecting machine before start of excavation and shall start excavation only after getting permission Engineer-in-charge. 2 Cement Concrete with 4 cm gauge approved stone ballast, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.As in item 279 above but in proportions of 8:4:1 3 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 100 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 4 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 150 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 5 12 mm cement plaster of mix :1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) 6 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, ifnishing and reinforcement- All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived fromnatural sources: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominalsize derived from natural sources). 7 Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works 8 S/F nut & bolt 2.5x4 9 Applying priming coat: With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/ steel works 10 Painting (one or more coats) with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. 11 Design, Manufacturing, supply, Receiving, Unloading, shifting, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 630 KVA cost of Oil field type Trnaformers to be charged by thelicensee as per direction by E/I. 12 Hiring of Mobile Hydraulic Crane 35 tonne capacity (173 HP.) (IncludingService cost of operating staff, supply of lubricating oil and deisel etc) 13 S/L of aluminium conductor PVC insulated armoured served, sheathed cable 1100 volt grade at a depth of 750 mm below ground level over a cushion of 75 mmthick sand alround protected with burnt bricks on sidesand on top. On surface the cable run shall be fixed on MS clamps etc. of suitable size or as directed by E/I., complete in all respects. The armouring of the cable shall be properly connected with the earth conductor by clamps etc300 Sq.mm X 3 -1/2 Core. 14 S/F of palm or pin type copper tin plated cable socket (lug) to the cable leads, insulating with tapes and making connection etc. complete in all respects. 150 Sq.mm 15 300 Sq.mm 16 Supply & erection of overhead line with ACSR conductor on poles / service bracket including binding etc. complete in all respects 17 Supply and burying of 600mm x 600mm x 3mm copper plate vertically for earthing with its top at least 3 mtr. below ground level complete with 20mm dia G.I. pipe and funnel for watering and two earthing lead of two no.8 SWG copper wire in 15mm dia G.I. pipe up to switch board (from appron to switch board the cost of G.I. pipe and copper wire will be extra) 30cm² C.I. frame with hinged cover masonry housing alternate layers of charcoal/coke and salt at least 150mm thick alround etc.complete in all respect.
