(OT AC Plant in MH) 2 M&L forservicing of Air handling unit5000/8000 CFM of central AC plant by removing filters, assembling filters and testing for the following parts. (a)Inspect filters, removing and cleaning by using vaccum cleaner, blower and refixing the same. specified and as directed. 30 M&L for Replacement of PVC honey comb fills of size 600 x 300 x 150mm min made of PVC sheet 0.2mm min for cooling Tower 100 TR of central type AC plant all as specified and directed. 31 M&L for disconnecting electric motor 7.5HP, taking down and transporting to workshop, dismantling the same and taking out rotor assembly removing burnt winding coil of stator, cleaning the complete stator and rotor with carbon tetra chloride solution, rewinding the stator coil with super enameled copper conductor of proper size/gauge as per existing, inserting the new re-winded coils of stator dulyvarnished and insulated with superior quality insulation material, replacement of old connection lead with superior quality PVC copper cable with stranded copper conductor from motor to connection plate, replacement of ball bearing, reassembling the motor, shifting to work site and connecting with the system, testing on full load complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 32 All as per srl item No 30 above but of 5 HP electric motor. 33 All as per srl item No 30 above but of 3 HP electric motor. 34 M&L for disconnecting electric motor 250 to 500 watt, single phase incl taking down and transporting to workshop, dismantling the same and taking out rotor assembly removing burnt winding coil of stator, cleaning the complete stator and dulyvarnished and insulated with superior quality insulation material, replacement of old connection lead with superior quality PVC copper cable with stranded copper conductor from motor to connection plate, cleaning/ oiling of ball bearing, reassembling the motor, shifting to work site and connecting with the system, testing on full load complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 35 Repair/ maint by Dismantling the mono block pump set with motor any make, 7.5 HP capacity, servicing by cleaning, lubricating and by replacing of ball bearing, gland bolt, nut and washers, terminal connector, machining of shaft, gasket, gland rope, mounting bolts, reassembling, refixing with bed and testing. 36 Taking down blower with motor of AHU/Package type AC any capacity, repair by cleaning , lubricating , filling of metal, machining/ grinding of shaft to match size, replacement of ball bearing, mounting bolts, reassembling and testing complete. 37 Taking down condensor fanmotor of capacity 250W to 500W from outdoor condensor unit of any capacity, repair by cleaning , lubricating , filling of metal on shaft & machining of shaft, replacement of ball bearing mounting bolts, reassembling and testing complete. 38 M&L for replacement of Fan blade of condensor fan motor of of capacity 250W to 500W as per existingsize all as specified and directed. 39 M & L Check for any refrigerant leaks through flare joints, valve glands or any of the loc in refrigerantsystem with help of leak detector device, soap solution,halide torch or electronic leak detector and arresting leakages including necessary welding, brazing works binding with teflon tape as required at site andtopping up the gas for required suction & discharge pressurefor50 TR central Make : Supreme/UP Twiga/Kflex/Armaflex 78 Fabrication of PGI duct incl Supply, assembly and erection of GI sheet 26 gauge with C & SS rectangular/square duct made out of L shaped hollow profile, duly factory boxed, incl all accessories such as Corner, Cleat, Carriage bolt, Gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc complete of size 26 Gauge including taking down old duct complete all as specified and directed. 79 M&L for duct insulation with resin bonded fibre glass wool roll of density 24 kg/Cum, with factory laminated aluminium vapour barrier, 40MM thickness of insulation complete all as specified and directed. 80 S & F rolled mild steel work in joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates etc., quality confirming to GDE Fe-410-S for cooling tower repair and pump mounting base incl cutting, drilling, welding to make required structure and painting with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and as directed. 81 S&F in replacement Flanged butterflyvalve for MS pipe heavy grade 125mm dia bore all as specified and directed. 82 S&F in replacement Flanged butterflyvalve for MS pipe heavy grade 100mm dia bore all as specified and directed. 83 Material and labour for cold water pipe insulation with resin bonded fibre glass wool roll of density 24 kg/Cum, with factory laminated aluminium vapour barrier, 40MM thickness of insulation as specified 84 Supply, install, testing GI pipe medium grade 20mm dia laid in floor/ wall including neccessary GI fittings complete all as specified and directed. 85 Supply and replace Brass ball valve suitable for 20mm GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.Note: for item No. 1 to 84(a)The above mentioned items will be replaced based on day to day complaints and no extra cost will payable for attending complaints. Contractor will quote the rate accordingly.(b) Number of complaints may vary day to day. Contractor shall quote his rates accordingly. (c) In case of failure on the part of contractor for attending complaints a penalty of Rs. 2000/- per hour after 4 hours of intimation shall be imposed and recovered as specified in Particular Specifications. (d) Contractor shall ensure that the deployed electrician & helper will carry all T&P, live mobile phone while on duty and will be on contact with JE/ Engineer-in-Charge without any extra cost payable to contractor. (e) Contractor shall be responsible for collection of all ON LINE, off line/ telephonic complaints and handing over the same to complaint cell after rectification duly signed by user with details of stores fixed after attending/ completion of the job on the same day.(f) Contractor shall handover min 40% of these items within one month to 45 days after commencement of workto concerned JE incharge which will be issued for fixing on the basis of day to day complaints. The recovery of Rs 1500 per day shall be levied in case of default. 86 Attending breakdown(except periodical maintenace) by skilled Ref Mechanic for any type package AC plant/cold store of capacity 5 TR to 22 TR, diagonising the fault, repair/replacement of unserviceable parts including carrying out minor repairs such as changing of small pieces of wires, tightening of loosen electric connections ,nuts, bolts screws, or switches, disconnecting andrefixing of LT cables etc as required to make the system functional in minimum time by deploying sufficient technician alongwith with helper incl necessay T & P complete all as specified and directed. 87 Attending breakdown(except periodical maintenace) by skilled Ref Mechanic for Central AC plant capacity 3 x 50 TR, diagonising the fault, checking sensor/ all parts, control wiring, repair/replacement of unserviceable parts including carrying out minor repairs such as changing of small pieces of wires, tightening of loosen electric connections ,nuts, bolts screws, or switches, disconnecting andrefixing of LT cables etc as required to make the system functional in minimum time by deploying sufficient technician alongwith with helper incl necessay T & P complete all as specified and directed.Note for Item No 85 & 86: (a) Replacement of major items shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items.b) Number of complaints may vary day to day and shall be on required basis. Contractor shall quote their rates accordingly.(c) Breakdown complaintsshall be collectedfrom complaint cell or by telephonically from duty staff/JE E/M/Engr-in-Charge.(d) In case of failure on the part of contractor for attending any breakdown for Item No 85 within 4 hours from intimation by any means a penalty shall be imposed @ Rs.1000/- per hr complaints and recovered from his dues.(e) In case of failure on the part of contractor for attending any breakdown for Item No 86 within 4 hours from intimation by any means a penalty shall be imposed @ Rs.2000/- per hr for complaint and recovered from his dues.
