Repairs to Hydraulic Spuds of Ellicott made 370 Series CSD Budshah-II Dredger deployed at Wular Lake (WUCMA), with involvement of highly skilled labours by way of disconnecting of all incoming and outgoing hydraulic pressure lines from the hydraulic spud cylinder assembly with the minimum wastage of hydraulic oil and plugging the same from leakages of rubber houses/ hydraulic attachment .The dismantling job is to be carried out by skilled labours under the close supervision of highly expert in repairing hydraulic system in order to prevent any collateral damages to the internal structure and components of hydraulic spud cylinder/ram and then dismantling of hydraulic cylinder from the hydraulic spud by way of involving lifting mechanism of requisite load bearing capacity ,after dissembling of damaged ram cylinder from the hydraulic spud ,shifting of the damaged ram cylinder from the dredging site of wular lake to shore side and then lifting of the complete assembly in a pvt load carrier/tractor trolley upto workshop for further dismantling and assessment of repairs ,The job includes men machinery tools and tackles etc provided by the firm itself to shift the damaged assembly from shore to road site of the respective site to the workshop for conducting repairs.

Dismantling of the piston/cylinder rod from the hydraulic cylinder assembly in the workshop for conducting necessary repairs ,the job involves opening of the, safety rings ,gasket, supporting rings and allied components repairs to thepiston head by cutting and grindingaway damaged eye from the piston/cylinder rod and re metalling of the eye bore and then turning job on the lath machine for maintaining accurate dia of the new bush and then eye is welded with the piston/cylinder rod end by specialized welding usingMIG welding by engaging highly skilled workmen specialized in the said job ,the job also includes locking arrangement 08 nos fabricated out of MS strips 10 mm in thickness having length 50 mm and width 38 mm, and then cleaning of the internal surface of the piston cylinder and then refitting back of piston/cylinder rod with hydraulic cylinder.

Shifting of the repaired ram cylinder to the site by pvt transportation including cost of fitting the same on the cutter suction dredger Budshah -II after taking all precautions. The job includes all rigging jobs and skilled labours required for the same, moreover the job includes the cost on account of testing of the repaired part at site on no load and then on full load.
