No. Item Description 1 Description 2 Fabrication and Erection of Continuous Sulphur Furnace of 1.50 M2 burning area and Cap. 140Kg/h with water jacket and steam independent system Using the live steam of the factory for melting of Sulphur. all assessories & mountings to be fitted like melt receiver, melter, both steam jacketed melter valve, after burner, 02 nos gas cooler with pipe, sublimation pipe andbypass line with valve. Furnace should be made from 16mm thick M.S plate and ladder with railing etc. Gas pipe line from Furnace to gas cooler and gas cooler to juice sulphiter , all steam line, steam valve, NRV, steam trap. Feed pipe, air valve, air pipe line, cooling water pipe line, drain water line etc to be fitted. after dismantling of old sulphur furnace. After doing all above work Should be given successfully trial of sulphur furnace.
