Tender For New construction work from culvert to Ajab Singhs house in Nagla Raman village in Mauja Angotha., 1 PART-A Construction WorkEarth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of a regular pits not exceeding 0.50m in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20cm layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5 m lift and 30m lead. The earth in form of cutting (b) to be used as spoil banks within 50m distance as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Execluding GST. 2 Earth work in embankment Mechanically Comacted to 95% ptoctor dencity in Ordinery soil, excavation to be done of reguler pits notexceeding 0.5mtr. In depth and work in embankment to be in 20cm. Lyer includingramming and dressing pulverization surfacing inculding supply of labour, T&P, Roller and water sprinkler etc.(S.I. No- 253(a) Execluding GST. 3 Cement Treated Sub-base- Provinding, Laying and spreading materila on a prepared surface, subgrade adding cement @ 2per cent by weight to the spread material manually mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to the achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of sub-base. Execluding GST 4 Cement Treated Base Provinding, Laying and spreading materila on a prepared surface, subgrade adding cement @ 4per cent by weight to the spread material manually mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to the achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of base. Execluding GST. 5 Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen (VG-10)using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. excluding GST. 6 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508. Execluding GST 7 Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall usingType C as per Technical Specification Clause 510.Execluding GST 8 Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, Clay or Sand) including lift upto 1.50 m and lead upto 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer In-charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches. Execluding GST. 9 Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete, Including cost of form work. in Foundation and floors. Execluding GST. 10 Providingand laying of40 mm gauge B/B under Hume pipe culvert foundation & road workincluding all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for completion of work. Store at MainpuriConditions:-1- 1- Cost of Maintenance of Road for Five Years will be paid As per G.O. No. 17/2024/SA-113/23-1-2024-23-1099/113/2023 date 16.01.20242- There shall have no claim of contractor, if the material is not issued by the department due to non-availability in store or any other reason.3- The unconsumed material issued in excess of bonafide consumption norms, shall have to be returned back to the store as mentioned above, failing which a recovery at the punitive rate, i.e., double the issue rate shall be made from the contractor’s bill.4- Contractor have to return empty bitumen drums/emulsion drums immediately, failing which a recovery at the punitive rate i.e., Rs. 3000 per drum shall be recovered from the contractor’s bill.5- The departmental road roller if spare, shall be made available to the contractor at site @ Rs. 2500 per day including POL charges, wages of driver and cleaner. If roller is kept idle due to non-availability of material or labour, recovery @ Rs. 2500 per day shall be made from contractor’s bill for idle period.
