Fabrication of minor steel components for a 30x30.5M Span steel through girder including Access Ladder, Trolley Refuge, Pathway & Hand Railing including Cutting, Welding, Straightening, Drifting, Handling, Steering etc. Fabrication should be done as per relevant IS/ IRS code, relevant RDSO guideline and as instructed by Site in charge. The fabrication cost shall include layout, making of templates, master plate, jigs, fixtures, back up supports, accessories, etc. as required to complete the fabrication work of all the components in all respect. Engineers, Skilled workers and supervisors have to be deployed round the clock to complete the job in time. All other relevant guidelines of (RDSO-B-1) shall be followed. All the components after getting it inspected and passed should be properly stacked at the place as directed by site in charge from time to time.

Painting of components including Chequered Plate, Cleaning and followed by 01 (one) coat of Ready Mixed Red Oxide Zinc Chrome Paint (IS:2074) and one coat Aluminium Paint (IS:2339) as per the approved specification & make. Paint to be supplied by the Agency.
