Tender For Competitive E-Bidding For Sugar Bag Handling Work In Sugar Godown No. 1, 2, 3, 4 And 5 For Season 2024-25, 1 Lifting the sacks filled with sugar from the dryer house to warehouse no. 1, 2, 3 and 4 with the help of own resources and stacking them grade wise in the warehouse and covering the stacks with tarpaulin.2 Lifting the sacks filled with sugar from the dryer house to warehouse no. 5 with the help of own resources and stacking them grade wise in the warehouse and covering the stacks with tarpaulin. 3 Unloading the filled sacks from the sugar warehouse from various stacks and loading them in truck/trolley and other vehicles.4 Unloading the brown sugar sacks from various stacks and loading them in truck/trolley and other vehicles.5 Loading the filled sacks of sugar from the dryer house into truck/trolley and other vehicles as per requirement.6 Filling the sugar from the filled and weighed sacks which are torn in new sacks or in the same sacks and weighing and stitching them as per instructions.7 If required, taking the filled sacks of sugar from one warehouse to another and stacking them up to the height of 30 sacks as per instructions.8 Unloading the sacks of sugar from the stacks in various warehouses and weighing them again.9 Taking the brown sugar sacks from the dryer house and stacking them up to the height of 20 sacks in the warehouses.10 Stacking the brown sugar sacks in the dryer house up to the height of 20 sacks.11 Taking the filled bags of sugar from one place to another and from one stack to another and stacking them upto the height of 25 bags.12 Stitching and weighing the bags of sugar which have opened up from the godowns.13 Repairing the torn bags of filled sugar.14 In case of bad weather, stacking them upto the height of 30 bags in the dryer house.15 In case of natural calamity/unavoidable circumstances, shifting the bags of sugar from one godown to another to a safe place with the help of palledars and own resources. 16 Providing labourers for proper collection of the scattered sugar by removing mats, polythene etc. after the lifting of the stacks from the sugar godowns during loading and stacking, repairing the sacks after they are cut, so that sugar can be saved from getting spoiled in the sugar godowns.17 Carrying the torn sacks to the dye house with the help of stacker and trolley during the session and getting them repacked by the contractor using his own resources.
