    Tender For Repairs On Engineering Systems => Limited 1 Repairs on various engineering systems 2 E-537: Fwd Fire & Sprinkling pump discharge valve located in main alleyway not holding view spindle thread worn out. Spindle to be renewed as per sample. (Gate valve, Size-80 mm, Mat: Brass ) 3 E-538: Both main engine LOP protection cover to be fabricated as per sample and fitted in position with hinges (Mat: Acrylic ) 4 E-539: Abnormal sound/vibration observed from pre filter pump and not taking suction. Suspect chamber stack is defective. DI/DR to be carried out and pump to be proved for satisfactory operation. In way job includes removal and fitment of pump. 5 E-540: AER fireman supply valve not holding pressure view spindle and gate deteriorated. Spindle/gate to be renewed as per sample. Valve to be pressure tested upto 10 bar. In way job includes removal and fitment of valve. (Gate valve, Size-65 mm, Mat: Brass) 6 E-545: Prefilter pump discharge line flange along with high pressure hose deteriorated. Same to be repaired/renewed as per sample. (Flange Mat:- MS) 7 E-548: AHU No.2 filter base sheet deteriorated/corroded. Same to be repaired/renewed as per sample (approx. size- 1x1 ft, thickness-0.5 mm, Mat-Al) 8 E-549: OBWS plant backwash line pressure reducer stuck and malfunctioning. Same to be repaired/renewed as per sample. 9 E-550: Following gauges and flowmeters of AVCAT system to be calibrated and certification to be provided.(a) Flowmeter (Range : 0.7tph to 7.0 tph, Qty : 01)(b) Gauges (range: 0-1.6, Qty: 02) 10 E-551: Portable lube oil transfer pump not taking suction view impeller and seal worn out. Defect to be rectified and proven for satisfactory operation 11 E-552: Portable bilge pump not taking suction view impeller and shaft worn out. Defect to be rectified and proved for satisfactory operation.
