Tender for work number-04 for boundary wall and other construction work of nursery of Mathura Satish Horticulture Department, 1 Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 2 Providing, laying spreading & compactingof granular sub-base by providing coarse graded (Gr-1) materials, spreading in uniform layers with Motor Grader on prepared surface on prepared surface, mixing by mix in placed method with Rotovator at OMC and compacting with in layers with smooth wheeled Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MoRT&H clause 401 &as directed by Engineer Incharge including all machinery charges &including all labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.. 3 Supply & Laying ofprecast concrete Block ( Interlocking tiles) for paving of thickness 80 mm (Compressive strength not less then 30Mpa as specified in IS:15658 and weight 4.50kg) Including 25mm thick local sand base levelling and dressing of surface to required level and slope, filling joints with local sand all complete work as specified in IS 15658:2006 4 Inter Lock 100 mm Grey 5 inter Lock 100mm Coloured 6 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 7 Supply of JCB machine for levelling etc. with driverincluding P.O.L. all complete as directed by E/I 8 Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III)derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal sizederived from natural sources). 9 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.
