Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sq. meter.

M & L for 25 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete and treating the surface with beeswax polish

M&L for Kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick in skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete and treating the surface with beeswax polish.

Removing building materials etc. to a distance of 300 m or under, beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading , unloading and stacking at the destination
