(Metering cubical provided by department) 16 Erection & commissioning of 11 K.V. pole mounted C.T./P.T. unit 20/5 (CT/PT Unit provided by department) 17 Earthing of 11/0.4 K.V Distribution Transformer/Pilfer/VCB/CT/PT Unit body/neutral by way of boring and lowering of ISI marked two Nos. G.I pipe 1.5 dia 20 m deep from the ground level with solid cone at the lower end of G.I pipe. One end of G.I strip of size 50X6 mm. will be connected with neutral and body of the Transformer & other end will be clamped & welded with G.I Pipe as per UPPCL norms (All the material will be arranged by contractor at their own cost.) 18 Erection, commissioning of 11 K.V. VCB O/G CTR 200/100/5A 350 MVA. at required place Switchgear room, proper connection of 11 K.V. Bas bar and cable, earthing, testing and enerzisation. (11 K.V. VCB will be provided by deptt. only) 19 Laying of double circuit 11 K.V., 3X120 mm2 XLPE Cable as per digging of earth pit of Size 0.60x0.90 with provision of Sand filling and Cover with side brick and Top with Stone pad and reach the length to Transformer. (11 K.V. XLPE Cable will be provided by deptt. only) 20 Kacha Road. 21 Pakka Road. 22 Lay down the LT PVC 1X60 Sq.mm. cable of different sizes for making the both side, connection of Transformer after fixing the necessary clamps Lugs and other material required for completion of work including carriage from store center. 23 Hoisting of 11 K.V. XLPE cable 3X120 mm2. along with 4 dia G.I. Pipe 03 meter long with required clamp etc. 24 Supply and fixing of 11 K.V. TPMO with Polymer insulator & Fixing clamp. 25 Note :-1- All the material provided by contractor shall be as per norms of UPPCL/RESPO.2- One carriage including loading/unloading from dump site to pit site is included in scope of work.3- During execution of work all risk will be of the contractor.4- Contractor will provide all T & P, vehicle and man power.5- All the old and used material should be taken on book.6- The quantity may be vary ±10%.7- GST will be paid extra as legally applicable.8-The work should be carried out under Deposit Budget9-The work will be done as per norms of UPPCL/RESPO.
