Tender For Construction Of Over Head Tank (Red Tanki) At Jajmau, Abstract of Cost Dismentling of Over Head Tank (Staging 20 m) Abstract of Cost of OHT and appurtenant works PIPE LINE LAYING AND INTERCONNECTION WORK FOR WATER SUPPLY THROUGH BY PASS ARENGMENT, 1 Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. 2 Demolishing R.C.C/RB work manually or by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material upto 25m height from GL and lead within 50 metres as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 3 Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead. 4 Dismantling C.I. or asbestos over flow, inlet, outlet & washout pipe with fittings and clamps including stacking the material within 50 metres lead: 75 to 250mm dia pipe 5 Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved 6 Supply of all the material, labour T&P and construct of a R.C.C. over head tank above ground level with main components, including cost of soil testing and based on IS-3370 or liquid storage concrete in over head tank and foundation concrete as per specification in I.S. 2911. Tiwaripur Central ground 1300K1 with 22 m staging 7 Testing of bearing capacity of soil and all other test of soil characteristics from a reorganized Govt. Engineering College or as directed by department. 8 Supply of 200 mm dia HDPE pipes as per Latest/relevant specification including all taxes and insurance etc. F.O.R. destination for disposal of water from overflow and washout chamber to m suitable point outside the water works compound including excavation of trenches, laying of pipe line etc. complete. 9 Supply of following size pipes including frieght, insurance, and all taxes (Excluding GST), unloading and local carting etc, complete.D.I.K-7 pressure pipe 200mm dia 10 Providing specials required for proper completion of work. (10% of Item no. 1) 11 Excavation of trenches in soil mixed with Moorum/Shingle/Kanker for pipe line with lift up to 1.5 m lead up to 50 m including filling back, watering and ramming of excavated earth in to the trenches and removeal and disposal of surplus earth within a distance of 50 m from the center of the excavated trenches. In ordinary soil 40% 200mm dia In mixed soil 60% 12 Excavation of trenches in soil mixed with Moorum/Shingle/Kanker for pipe line with lift up to 1.5 m lead up to 50 m including filling back, watering and ramming of excavated earth in to the trenches and removeal and disposal of surplus earth within a distance of 50 m from the center of the excavated trenches. 200mm dia In mixed soil 60% 13 Carting of following Size of pipes and specials from store to the site of work within 8kms, lowering the same into trenches and laying true to the alignment and gradient including jointing the same properly and testing of pipe line including cutting of pipe for the making the required lengths as per design chart.D.I.K-7 pressure pipe 200mm dia 14 Provision for Inter Connections from old existing pipe line with new pipe line as per requirement & direction of Engineer Incharge Including Supply of all material, Labour T & P etc 200mm to 200mm dia 15 Dismantling of following types of road, stacking of serviciable materials, disposal of unservicialbe materials from site of work.CC road 16 Reinstatement of following types of Road including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. for proper completion of work CC road 17 Making PCC Thrust Block to support pipe etc. including supply of all material and labour also 1:1.5:3 PCC over pipe line for cover etc. all complete. 18 Fabrication of MS specials Bends other than standard degree with 10mm thick MS Plate Including rolling of sheet in required size carting to site of work and welding at site etc including all materials, labours, T&P completion of work.
