Security cum Maintenance of 600mm dia PSC/MS Pipe raising main from Kotwal Intake well site to Ghirongi Hill 23 Km length including excavation, dewatering, welding cutting, jointing refilling etc. all complete to make the pipe line in running conditions including all materials required for leakage maintenance such as nut bolts, ball for air valve, rubber packing, air valve plate, lead wool, glain plate, glain, M.S. Clamp, M-Seal etc. complete.NOTE:-(a) Contractor shall use his own T&P such as chainpully, tripod, generator set, cutter, welding plant i/c cost of welding rods, dewatering pump, phawara, pickaxe, tassalas all complete to make the leakage repair and replacement of pipe.(b) Nigam will provide 600mm dia M.S. Pipe with spigot joints only if required the replacement of pipe.

PSC Pipe 600mm dia Repairing i/c excavation JCB Machine, necessary tools and cement concrete M-20 including the cost of centering and shuttering, B.T. Metal, sand and cement, hardner and all necessary material required at leakage spot as per the direction of site incharge.

Repairing of M.S. Pipe i/c excavation JCB /Hydra Machine, clamp, D.G. Set, welding machine etc. all necessary material and equipment as required at leakage spot complete.

Replacing of damage PSC 600mm dia pipe with 600mm dia M.S. Pipe i/c excavation, M.S. clamp, necessary tools, welding machine, back filling etc. and necessary materials as required at leakage spot complete.

Providing and fixing 600mm dia mechanical joints with necessary material and equipment at leakage spot complete.

Repairing of D.I. 600mm dia Pipe including M.S. Clamp, excavation, JCB Machine, M-20 concreting, back filling etc. with necessary material and equipment at leakage spot complete.
