Repairing & maintenance of Jyoti Make 410 KW / 550 HP 3.3 KV * 3 phase 740 RPM Squirrel cage HT induction motor No. 10 at Dalmau \"A\" Pump canal Stage - I in District Raebareli by repairing of stator of H. T. motor (72 coils)with providing \"F\" class insulating material, complete repairing of rotor by taking out 100 nos. stamping of H.T. rotor and slowly heating and repairing of 100 nos. stamping rod by brazing with silver bronze rod and making surface smooth by tightening and strengthening of rod, cleaning of degreasing and greasing and providing and fitting of SKF make new bearing for non driving End (6324MC3) and drive end bearing(NU324 MC3),heating, varnishing up to required I.R. value, assembling rotor and stator of motor, alignment of motor with pump radially and axially both by using SS sims, rubber, coupling, bushes etc, fitting, making connection and testing on no load complete with cost of material, labour charges, T&P charges, loading, unloading and transportation charges etc. (Rates are G.S.T. excluded)
