    Tender Details

    Expression Of Interest (Eoi) For A Trial Of The Underground Bulk Emulsion (Sme) For Use In Development And Stope Blasting (Both Upholes And Downholes) For Its Underground Mining Operations At The Malanjkhand Copper Project (Mcp). The Product Should Have Excellent Retention In Upholes. The Mcp, Located In The Balaghat District Of Madhya Pradesh; 1. Provide offer for Underground bulk emulsion delivery system (BMD) 2. ⁠Have provision for hose pusher arrangement in underground bulk emulsion delivery system (BMD) for mechanical means of charging up-holes 3. Carry out a ground reactivity test as per industry accepted codes/procedures and offer product formulations according to the reactivity test report. 4. The offered product should be authorized with PESO (Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organization) and the vendor must submit the supply history last 3 years volumes along with list of mines where the offered product has been supplied 5. Provide offer for prime mover with emulsion carrying capacity of minimum 2 tonnes and tramming height of not more than 2.5 metres, on which the underground bulk emulsion delivery system (BMD) should be mounted for movement underground 6.The prime mover charging basket safety should comply with FOPS II test with a reach of up to 8.5 metres •Test shall be made in accordance to standard EN ISO 3449:2008. The lifting capacity shall be minimum 500 kgs. 7. The prime mover should have low emission stage V technology with either dieselhydraulic or electro-hydraulic process drive.
