Tender For Periodical Area Clearance Works At Safdarjung Airport, And Associated Area For The Year 2024-25- Civil Works; 1 Supplying Tractors (Capacity not less than 30 HP) fitted with Heavy Duty Flex Wing Rotary Slasher equipment and swapable supported trolley arrangement with skilled category licensed operator on monthly basis as per directions of Engr-in-charge for the purpose of clearing of rank vegetation, grass including brush wood, wild growth and saplings of all girths and heights measured above ground level complete all as directed and specified by Engr-in-charge.Note:1. The quoted rates shall include the cost of supplying of tractors, rotary slasher and trolley equipment, maintenance, breakdowncharges, sundries etc. excl. GST.2. The tractor & equiments shall remain serviceable at all times during the currency of the work and the operating manpower shall be available throughtout the general shift irrespective of opertions/ non-operational hours.3. Recovery @ Rs. 1500/- per day per tractor shall be made in case of unavailability/ unserviceablity of the tractor/ equipments.4. The tractors shall not be more than seven years old at any time during the currency of the work.5. Suitable replacement shall be provided by the agency with in 24 Hrs in case of breakdown of the tractor/equipment. 2 Operating Tractor on hourly basis throughout the currency of the contract as per instructed frequency and interval for clearing of rank vegetation, grass including brush wood, wild growth and saplings of all girths and heights measured above ground level complete all as directed and specified by Engr-in-charge.Note:1. The quoted rates shall include the cost of fuel and operation charges, sundries etc. excl. GST.2. A single day operation shall range from 04 - 06 Hours per day as per availability during operations.3. For the purpose of payment, only the net operational hours in the field shall be measured irrespective and exclusive of the idle hours/non-operation of the tractor. 3 Deploying unskilled category labours on daily basis in required numbers stipulated by Engr-in-charge equipped with suitable/ required tools & plants etc. for miscellanoues day to day operations such as roof cleaning works, shifting works, FOD picking, debris/ malba collection, vegetation clearances, disposal upto designated leads and other multiple tasks as per operational requirements complete all as specified and directed by Engineer In-Charge. Note:1. The indicative minimum wage of Rs. 778/- per person per day shall be applicable and bidders shall not be permitted to quote rates lesser than the stipulated minimum wages. Further, the quoted rates shall also include CP, OH, water charges, labour cess charges etc. and the bidders are advised to read the NIT document carefully and quote their rates accordingly.2. The contractor shall be bound to pay the corresponding ESI/EPF as per statutory provision of GOI. The same shall be reimbursed as per actuals on production of documentary evidences of the same. 3. The contractor shall supply necessary T & P for required operation of work and the laoburs shall be available at all times during the general shift at Safdarjung Airport including shift duty as and when instructed by the Engr-in-Charge. 4 Lifting of accumalted malba/debris/demoition waste/ surplus mix earth/muck from inside Safdarjung Airport, AAI premises and disposal to outside of AAI premises including carriage with all lifts and any leads upto designated dumping grounds of State Govt. by mechanical means complete all as specified and to the satisfaction of Engineer In-charge. a) Each Trip of minimum 18 to 22 cum or more capacity using suitable hyva trucks/ dumpers 5 Supplying and operating hydraulic excavator (JCB) on daily basis with 8 to 10 Hrs shift including skilled catogory licensed driver, unskilled category helper and necessary T &P, fuel charges etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
