    tender for Transformer carriage Work under EE,EDD, Haidergarh. Sl. No. Item Description 1 Lifting from plinth, loading, carriage unloading of damaged DT safely with the help of hydra crane & tractor trolly from place of installation to designated place at workshop premises at District H.Q. Barabanki. Similarly lifting repaired DT from workshop, loading, carriage and installation on the plinth from where damaged D.T. was taken away.The essence of the contract will be quick replacement of transformers. The Contractor will have to mobilise manpower and equipments within 02 hours of getting information. The contractor will have to provide 02 separate network mb. nos. and his e-mail address. JE concerned will inform the contractor through e-mail and mobile call. Transformer should be replaced within 8 hours of getting message failing which penality@ rate of Rs. 500/ per hour will be enforced for the delay of 4 hours. and @ Rs. 1000/ per hours for further delay after 4 hours. De-jumpering, rejumpering and associated works, complete in all respect, will be done by the contractor. Concerned line staff will be responsible for safe Shutdowns only. 2 25/63 KVA T/F 3 100 KVA T/F 4 250/400 KVA T/F
