197	Disconnecting and dismantling the electric motor of defective Jockey pump set of capacity 20 HP, 03 Phase, 415 volts from the system, shifting to civil workshop and removing burnt out windings, cleaning the slots, rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire as per existing gauge and size, varnishing and drying complete, reassembling with pump, replacing the ball bearings as per existing size and make, transporting to site and refixing at original position, and connecting the pump set electrically and mechanically, testing for satisfactory working all as directed. Note : Dead flanges with nuts, washers and gaskets etc shall be provided by the contractor and unit rate quoted shall deemed to include the cost of the same.
198	Disconnecting the defective Jockey pump set of capacity 20 HP,from the system,shifting to civil workshop, dismantling the pump and removing defective/worn out parts like ball bearings, impeller nut, gland packing shaft sleeves, GM bushes, gaskets set, GM impeller and reassembling the pump by replacing the unserviceable parts with new ones, transporting to site and refixing at original position and connecting the pump set electrically and mechanically, testing for satisfactory working complete all as specified and directed.Note: Cost of minor spares like washers grease, cotton waste, gasket set, gland packing etc shall be deemed to include in the unit rate quoted and shall not be paid extra.
199	M&L for painting of OH tank of capacity 20000 gallon upto 18 metre staging height with Apex paint of make Asian/Burger/Dulko including scrabbing of old paint and making smooth the surface complete all as specified and directed. Note - (i) Painting to be done on outer surface of OH Tank from ground level to dome portion including stair case.(ii) Cost of required T&P shall be included in the quotated rates.
200	Supply and fixing with replacement of ladder inside the UG sump etc made out of MS channel, angle iron, flat iron of any size including drilling of holes with and including nuts, bolts and washers etc, as required, including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide paint complete all as specified and directed.
201	M&L for painting of Raising main, Delivery main, Over flow and wash out pipe line (Height of OHT approx 21.0m) as per colour code as directed by Engineer-in-chargeincluding scrapping of pipe before painting and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide paint and making the arrow to show the direction and writing the Raising main, Delivery main, Over flow and wash out on the pipe line complete all as specified and directed.Note : (i) The contractor must cater for all safety arrangement i. e. safety belts/ helmet / safety harness, shoes etc for working man power and inspecting staff and no extra cost will be paid in this effect.(ii) The T&P and other necessary equipment shall be arranged/brought by contractor to complete the job at site and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect.
202	Supply and fixing in replacement of stainless steel wire mesh of width upto 6 feet suitable on wooden frame for pump houses including drilling of holes with and including nuts, bolts and washers etc, as required,complete all as specified and directed.
203	S&F electric shock treatment chart printed on A0 size paper duly plastic laminated and fixed inside a wooden/PVC photo frame of 50mm width with 3mm sheet glass and 6mm plybood backing and suitable hanging arrangement to wall with hooks/steel chain etc, including taking down old U/S one complete all as specified and directed.
204	S&F First aid chart printed on A0 size paper duly plastic laminated and fixed inside a wooden/ PVC photo frame of 50mm width with 3mm sheet glass and 6mm plywood backing and suitable hanging arrangement to wall with hooks/steel chain etc, including taking down old U/S one complete all as specified and directed.
