    Tender for renewal work from BC from near Ram Janaki Temple to Shahzadpur Pump No. 02 under Municipal Council Akbarpur, 1 Construction work2 Providing and laying compacted graded bituminous macadam with high strength batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, pre-mixed with bituminous binder at 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler, transporting hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control for required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve full desired compaction in all respects as per MoRTH Specification Clause No. 505.3 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10) using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. 4 Providing and laying bituminous concrete with hot mix plant, producing an average of 75 tons per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading, pre-mixed with bituminous binder VG-5.4 at 30% of admixture and filler, transporting hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control for required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibrating and tandem rollers to achieve desired compaction in full accordance with MORTH Specification Clause No. 509 in all respects. 5 Providing and laying hot applied thermoplastic compound in 2.50 mm thick by 100 mm width, containing reflectorizing glass beads at 250 grams per square meter area, thickness of 2.50 mm is excluding glass beads applied on the surface as per IRC: 35. The finished surface should be flat, uniform and free from streaks and pores. 6 S/F of display board. 7 Add GST 18%
