RECTIFICATION OF DEFECTS ON RISK AND COST OF M/S RCC INFRA VENTURES PVT LTD UNDER CA NO CEWAC/AMB-23/2018-19 UNDER GE (P)(AF) AMBALA- 1 Cleaning and Removal :-M&L for cleaning and removal of all loose material if any laying on surface mechanically by suitable cleaning eqpt as per site requirement.Repairing and Surface Preparation :-Repairing of damaged areas, doing reviting and changing old screws whereever reqd to fix the sheets in actual position, removing rust if found anywhere and treated properly with rust removing chemicals and convertors.Filling overlap of panel gaps with highly flexible PU sealant/Tar Plastic sealant, whrereever sheets are very weak to be found after joint inspection.Tarfelt APP with release film cold applied performed membrane 1 mtr 8 x 20 mtr :-Apply APP synthetic rubberised adhesive on prepared surface at the rate of 3 Sqm per K brush/Roller.Allow the adhesive solvent to evaporate.When the adhesive layer becomes tack free start pasting/fixing.Tarfelt APP non woven polyster based pliable membrane after removing its reease film by roller/Towel with presurebly cutting 3 Sqm sheet from roll.Maintain overlap of 4-Tarfelt APP sheet overlap while pasting Tarfelt APP membrane on sheet metal surface. Please nte on overlaps of sheet metal profile and particularly at Ridge Areas double layer superimposed Trafelt sheets with 150 mm width to be used for better waterproofing membrane shall be finally coated with two coats of aluminium point for non traficalbe roof & for giving heat reflective coating to reduce some temperature inside also all as per manufacturers complete all as specified and directed. 2 Racking out of old existing sealant compound, back up rod and filler board of the existing joints by special tools like racker/cutting blades/machines, widening of joints by 2mm by using joint cutting blades of appropriate size straight and smooth edges. Joint cleaned throughly with application of compressed air, Joint shall be made dry, vacum cleaned and freed of dirt, oil, vegetation and other debris. Application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before placing the filler board and pouring the sealant. thereafter filled with pre-molded 25 mm thick compressible polyethylene closed cell type filler board as specified, over it filled with closed cell, medium density, corss linked plyethyene foam backup rod of 30 mm dia for complete ength of the joint. Finally filled with polyurethene joint sealant meeting the requirements mentioned in BS-5212, BS4254 and EN-141875-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor MAF of +/-30% complete all as specified and directed. 3 M&L for Non - skid coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick of size 300mm x 300 mm, jointless as in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete all specified and directed. 4 M&L for glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x250x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match, complete all as specified and directed. 5 M&L for repair of bubble in PU flooring in Maint Hangar and PBL hangar surface preparation, 6mm EPU ESD flooring system consists of primer, screed copper tape conductive primer.ESD EPU top coat and application of joint filling with polyurethane sealant in construction, dummy and expansion joint with same colour with existing flooring, complete all as specified and directed. 6 Taking down unservieable corroded earthing complete with copper earth electrode 17.2 mm dia of length 10 ft including all accessories complete. 7 Taking down corroded earth continuity GIAluminium/copper strip fixed to wall on batten or any other indicated situation with porcelain vitreous white seperators complete. 8 Material and labour for reconditioning of chemical earthing with earth electrode 17.2 mm dia copper cladded rod with 250 micron of copper cladding. The length is 10 ft (option of two pcs 05 ft each with a coupler is availabe). The copper setion of rod will have a strip of 25x2 mm 200 mm brazed just 150 mm below the top. This will have two holes of 9 mm on each side four strip of 25x2 mm 1.5 mtr length are provided with each rod is supported with two bag of 25 kg each ASEM CB is recommended for use in sandy/rocky soil. The amount of credit schedule shall be deducted from total quoted amount of BOQ to arrive contract sum.
