| 1 | Checking and maintenance of street light, perimeter light and high mast light including accessories, LED lights fitting on wall or pole or high mast and of any other locations to find out defects including dismantling of defective parts or taking down the fitting if, necessary, cleaning the bowl/ perflex cover and making the fitting in 100% serviceable condition including rectification of fault of over head lines and under ground cables if, any complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note: (i) The Contractor shall deploy minimum 01 Elect and 01 Helper including sunday & holidays for the purpose from 0900 hrs to 1700 Hrs daily. (ii) All T&P/Safety items shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost.(iii) The Contractor shall rectify the complaint within 24 Hours otherwise penal charge will be imposed at the rate of Rs. 200/ per complaint/ per hour. (iv) Quoted rates shall include arrangement of bucket crane of high height or any other means required to rectify the compliants at the height of 11/18 metre or above. Safety of the tradesmen employed shall be the resposibility of the contractor. (v) Defective parts such as LED driver, service wire, cable joints shall be measured and paid under relevent item separately. However cost of replacement of minor parts such as nut, bolt, washer etc shall be inclusive in quoted rates. |

| 3 | Returning filling in with approved excavated soil including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick, complete, all as specified and directed. |
| 4 | Removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. |
| 5 | Burnt bricks sub class \"B\" laid flat dry across the cable for cable protection all as specified and directed. |
| 6 | Sand cushioning to UG cable 8cm thick before laying the cable and 15cm above the cable, stretching and testing of cable complete all as specified and directed. Note:(i) Consolidated / Punned sand shall be considered for purpose of payment (ii) Sand shall be same as specified for plastering work. |
