Tender For Additional Distribution Transformer 250 Kva Against 400Kva Overload Dtr Different Places Under Eudd-Jajmau, Govind Nagar, Kidwai Nagar, Kesco., Kanpur, 1 Erection of 4 Pole H- beam structure with 1.5 M beneath the ground level and 2.5 mtr above the ground level along with supply of H-beam/ joist Girder pole, rubber mat,2.5 mtr GI pipe for both HT and LT Cable including grouting and muffing of pole. 2 Erection of 2 Pole H- beam structure with 1.5 M beneath the ground level and 2.5 mtr above the ground level along with supply of H-beam/ joist Girder pole, rubber mat,2.5 mtr GI pipe for both HT and LT Cable including grouting and muffing of pole. 3 Erection of double pole structure with existing single pole to double pole including excavation of pit as per standard specification. 4 Taking out 33kv and 11 kV 3x70 to 3x300 XLPE Cable/LT Cable except service cable from cable drum before laying and transportation of the cables from store to work site or vice-versa. 5 Laying of 11 KV 3x70 mm2Cable Overhead with Fixing of Holding Clamp for using Drop Out Fuse Set to Distribution Transformer. 6 Loading, Carriage and unloading of poles from store to work site or vice versa or from one site to another 7 Erection of Double Pole by digging of pit as per standard specification 8 Erection of Single/Stud Pole by digging of pit as per standard specification 9 Grouting of pole with cement brick ballast and coarse sand as per standard specification. 10 Making plinth of single pole of 400 mm dia, 600 mm height (200mm underground) with C.C. in ratio 1:4:8 of cements, stone ballast and coarse sand including cost of materials. 11 Painting of S.T. pole with one coat of red oxide and two coats of Aluminium Paintincluding cost of Ist Class enamel paint. 12 Earthing of supports by sagging of M.S. earthing rod 20mm and connecting with earth wire and related works as per standard specifications. 13 Fixing of stay rod and its erection and grouting by fitting of stay clamp. Stay wire and its proper binding and tightening etc. 14 Opening of H.T. Jumpers from the existing 3 Phase 3 Wire H.T. O.H. line for erection work. 15 Opening of L.T. Jumpers from the existing 3 Phase 4 Wire L.T. O.H. line for erection work. 16 Making of H.T. Jumpers with3 Phase 3 Wire H.T. O.H. line after erection of work. 17 Making of L.T. Jumpers from 3 Phase 4 Wire L.T. O.H. line for erection work. 18 Mounting & Erection of single phase distribution box of AB Cable with Piercing Connector, L.T. Bare Neutral Connector, Alu. Lug 25 mm, L.T. Cable 1x25 mm etc. 19 Mounting & Erection of three phase distribution box of AB Cablewith Piercing Connector, L.T. Bare Neutral Connector, Alu. Lug 25 mm, L.T. Cable 1x25 mm etc. 20 Loading, carriage and unloading of Aearial Bunched Cable from store to work site or vice-versa. 21 Laying of LT Aerial Bunched Cableincluding fixing suspension clamp with eye hook , Dead end clamp with Eye hook on erected Steel Tubular Poleetc. 22 Fixing of M.S. Channel on erected/existing double/try/four pole. 23 Loading, carriage & unloading of distribution Transformers (Upto 630 KVA) from Store to site, site to site & vise-versa. 24 Erection of Distribution T/F on plinth/D/pole structure. 25 Erection of L.T. Distribution circuit 500V/500 Amp. after fitting L.T. brackets and all other accessories. 26 Loading, Carriage and unloading of ACB from store to work site and then after erection on the relay constructed plinth. 27 Making Plinth for L.T. ACB By brick work in size of 1.2x0.75x1.0 meter as well as plastering of 12mm thick on all the exposed sides of the plinth. 28 Erection of ACB 29 Mounting of 11 KV Pin Insulator 30 Mounting of 11 kV B&S type Disc Insulator 31 Loading, Carriage and unloading of ACSR/ Panther /Weasel Conductor from store to work site or vice-versa. 32 Laying, stringing, tensioning and binding of Weasel/Dog conductor for H.T./L.T. O.H. 33 Construction of T/F plinth, suitable for mounting of distribution transformer. Size of the plinth will be 1.2 x 1.2 x 1.2 meter solid with brick work. 75 mm thick C.C. in ratio 1:4:8 with cement, coarse sand and brick ballast laid on the base and 75 mm thick done on all the exposed sides to the plinth. 34 Fabrication, erection & grouting of T/F fencingof frame size 3x2.4 mtr.by 50x6 MS Flat Strip having one gate with Latch (2 Flat Strip will have Gap equal to size of 50 mm) , And 40x40x5 MS Angle at four corner including Painting fo two coats of paint on iron based surfaces with ready mixed paint to give bus green shade including cleaning of oil and dust. 35 Stringing of Single Core L.T. Cable 36 Making L.T. Section point in LT new or existing line. 37 Fabrication/modification of MS Item as per requirement of site. 38 60 Feet Deep bore earthing of Distribution Transforemer and connecting of GI pipe to transformer body and nuetral by 25x3 MS Strip with proper nut bolt and AL lug including supply of all mentioned items.with loading unloading. 39 Connecting of newly erected network with KESCo mains including testing, commissioning and energization of the same completely. 40 Carriage of all concerning stock materialfrom KESCo Store to site or vice-versa.
