| 9 | Providing and erecting a \"W\" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail , 70 cm above road/ ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2m. centre-to-centre, 1.8 m. high, 1.1 m below ground / road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS: 1367 and IS: 1364 , metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 330 mm long complete as per MORTH specification Clause 811. |

| 11 | Repair to damaged RCC slabs, beams and columns etc for strengthening with cement mortar 1 : 2 in following steps :-i.Choping losse and cracked concrete to required depth, cleaning the exposed surface of steel and concrete with wire brush and sand papering , cleaning of concrete surface with water as necessary and getting dried.ii.Applying Epoxy primer on the exposed steel bars.Applying Epoxy hardener and resin mix (as per manufectured\"s specification) on concrete and steel bars with brush.iii.Speading dry cement mortar 1 : 2 mix over epoxy treated wet surface and allow it to dry for one day.iv.Plastering the surface with cement sand mortar 1 : 3 upto depth of 30mm complete.v.Cure the plastered surface for 15 days, All work including scaffolding etc. complete in all respect. |
