Tender For Non Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract for Fire Alarm & Public Address and Fire Fighting Systems as installed at CSIR- IICB Campuses in Kolkata (Jadavpur & Salt Lake) including procurement of Consumable and spare parts.- 1 Non Comprehensive AnnualMaintenance Contract of Fire Alarm & Public Address Systems comprising of major components and accessories (As per Annexure 1 of List of existing items) of CSIR-IICB Jadavpur Campus for One Year. 2 Non Comprehensive AnnualMaintenance Contract of Fire Alarm & Public Address Systems comprising of following major components and accessories (As per Annexure 2 of List of existing items) of CSIR-IICB Salt Lake Campus for One year. 3 Supply and installation of following materials for Fire Alarm System. 4 Multi Sensor detector with base and integrated optical detector and heat detector. (Make-Honey well Esser OT Multi Sensor IQ8 Quad.) 5 Multi Sensor detector with base and integrated optical detector and heat detector. (Make-Honey well Morley .) 6 Addreassable M.C.P. Electronic module suitable for use in the Esserbus and powered loop with alarm latch and alarm indicator. (Make- Honey Well Esser IQ8 MCP Electronic Module.) 7 One time Servicing & Repairing of Fire Fighting System System (before starting AMC) installed at CSIR-IICB Salt Lake Campus comprising of major equipments (As per Annexure 3 of List of existing items). 8 Servicing, overhauling of all pumps & motors as per site requirements.2.Servicing of all type of valves, repairing of leakage, making smooth for effective operation. 3.Servicing, inspection and calibration of all type of Pressure gauges, Pressure Switches and other related accessories and replacements of these itmes if found faulty.4.Servicing of Electrical Control panel and Battery Charger circuit for DG Set batteries and replacement of its faulty components. 9 Supply of Thermoplastic (Textile Reinforced) type Hose Reel Hose 30 mtr. Long 20mm dia. 10 Supply of PVC Shutt off Nozzle for Hose Reel Hose 11 Supply of MS Double Door Hose Box (750mm X 600mm X 250mm) 12 Non Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract ofFire Fighting System including Fire Fighting Diesel Engine comprising of major equipments, components and accrssories (As per Annexure 3 of List of existing items).installed at CSIR-IICB Salt Lake Campus.
