    Repair To Drr 636-DRR 636:- Repairs to the fixed shaft by way of removal of worn out/defective parts and providing and fitting of fast speed pinion(306-5-1)-01No., speed pinion 2nd with bush(306-5-2/5)-01No., low speed pinion with bush (306-5-3/5)-01No., bolt 306-5-6-06Nos., dowel pin 306-5-9-01No., castle nut N-4-14-06 Nos., plain washer PW-6-03-06Nos. assembling the machine. Testing at site. job includes cost of material and labour charges as per site condition and taxes. 2 DRR 636:- Repair to the Bevel pinion drive/matchet set of the machine by way of removing the old damaged parts and p/f of (bevel pinion reverse 306-2-3-01 No. , pinion 306-4-7-01 No., bevel wheel 306-4-1-02 Nos, lock nut -01 No., seal-1 No., sleeve distance tube-01 No. The job also includes p/f of new driving plate set 306-3-1-01 No., peg 308-1-9-01 No., lock plate 308-1-10-02 Nos., MC Bolt 308-1-12-10 Nos., Gasket 308-1-26-02 Nos., grease nipples-02 Nos., spacer washer-12 Nos., and repair to clutch shaft by way of metal building through arc welding, turning the shaft and cutting of threads, assembling of the same and then testing the operation at site.
