Tender For REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT OF SEWAGE LINE, REPAIR OF MANHOLE AND SUNKEN TREATMENT OF CERTAIN BLDGS AT DHANA MIL STN.; 1 Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50 mtr wide and n.exc 1.50 mtr deep an getting out in soft/ loose soil from sewage line etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 2 Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer n. exc 25 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge 3 Removal of excavated material n.exc 50 mtr and deposited, where directed at a level n.exc 1.50 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed. 4 Supplying and fixing of HDPE double wall corrugated (DWC) sewage pipe of 100 mm internal bore, SN-8, ISI marked as per IS-16908 Part-II, 2013 laid in trenches, jointed and tested as per manufacturer instructions including demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed stone ware)/RCC Pipe etc set in cement mortar of any description for 100mm bore pipe, complete all as specified and directed. 5 All as per item No. 4.00 above but for 150mm internal dia pipe. 6 All as per item No. 4.00 above but for 200mm internal dia pipe. 7 M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for pipes of 100 mm bore. 8 M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for pipes of 150 mm bore. 9 M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for pipes of 200 mm bore. 10 Cleaning/desilting ofsewage line includingman holes of any depth and dia metre upto 200 mm dia pipe by roding etc and subsequently bamboo split tied with rope through the pipe from manhole to manhole and cleaning the pipe clean for carry flow of sewage also getting out solid/liquid materials from manholes of any size and and any depth including taking up and refixing of manhole cover in position and removal of sewage out of MDlandas specified and directed by Enginner-in-Charge. Note :-(length of sewage line will be measured including manhole) 11 Desludging / dewatering of septic tanks/ soakage wells includinginlet / outlet chambers, removing out all scum, silt, residual sludge (both organic & inorganic in nature) after plugging the incoming sewage lines through combined high pressure water jetting cum suction (Vacuum) type machine mounted on LCV/HCV facility of high pressure vacuum and removing the same in the tank to a place outside cantonment at the place meant for the purpose by local municipality, all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 12 M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in foundation, path and hardstanding, complete all as specified and directed. 13 Cutting holes into or through brick walls built in cement mortar and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l as exc 150 sqcm and not exc 400 sqcm complete all as specified and directed. 14 Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar etc., complete all as specified and directed. 15 Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing rubbish off the premises etc., complete all as specified and directed. 16 Demolition of unreinforced cement concreteof any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed. 17 Material & labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (with using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed. 18 Material & labour for Plain Cement Concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in Coping benching for inside manholes etc complete all as specified and directed. 19 Material & labour for brick work with sub class B Bricks straight on curved on plan exc 6 mmean radiusbuilt in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed. 20 Material & labour for Brick Work with Sub-Class ‘B’ Bricks (with Old Size Bricks) half brick thick, Straight or Curved on Plan to any Radius, built in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. 21 Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on Brick Walls, Concrete Surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, remove dust, debris/ rubbish, etc., complete all as specified and as directed. 22 Material & labour for rendering 10mm thick cement plaster on fairfacesof brick work in CM (1:4)., complete all as specified and directed. 23 Supply & fixing in repairs vitreous China squatting pan, Orrissa pattern, size 580mmx440mm white, with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern, flush pipe and waste pipe) and ‘P’ or ‘S’ trap front or back inlet including concrete bedding, complete all as specified and directed. 24 Supply & fixing 10 ltr capacity PVC valve less, Symphonic action type flushing cistern, Low level, white with inlet, ball valve float and handle including bracket including PVC connection fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. 25 Dismantling water tanks of capacity exc 250 ltr but not exc 500 ltrs and removing to store , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 26 Dismantling water tanks of capacity exc 500 ltr but not exc 1000 ltrs and removing to store , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 27 Supply & Fix 500 ltr capacity rotational mounded polyethylene water storage tanks(cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed. 28 Supply & Fix 1000 ltr capacity rotational mounded polyethylene water storage tanks(cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed. 29 Disconnecting existing water tanks capacity exceeding 250 litres but not exceeding 500 Litres, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required, reconnecting and re-fixing in position, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 30 Disconnecting existing water tanks capacity exceeding 500 litres but not exceeding 1000 Litres, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required, reconnecting and re-fixing in position, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 31 Supply & Fix ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe of bore 15mm and fixed (minimum weight 142 grams)complete all as specified and directed. 32 Supply & Fix in repair ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe of bore 20mm (minimum weight 210 grams)complete all as specified and directed. 33 Material & labour for Non-skid ceramic colour tiles 7 to 8 mm thick, (square/rectangular), area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of the tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. 34 Material & labour for glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces300 x 450 x 7 mmthick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match colour over 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed. 35 Supply & fixing factory made precast (SFRC) cover slab, Square/rectangular/circular in shape and size as required and ordered of medium duty of 75 mm thickness, ISI marked with load carrying capacity of 5T/Sqm incl fixing with PCC 1:2:4, complete all as specified and as directed. 36 Material & labour for sunken floor treatment as in following precedence(i) Provide 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base and provide 40mm dia GI pipe med gde as in (spout) of 600mm long as in sunken portion. (ii) The treatment of existing sunken floor is to be dismantled upto full depth of Sunken RCC Slab and the surfaces both vertical and horizontal shall be cleaned by removing all loose mortar, dirt, dust etc. by chisel, hammer, wire brush/Jute Brush and Air Blower machine then apply two coats of elastomeric compound viz back bond WPC-30 over one coat on neat primer i.e. Super latex be applied on clean surface. (iii) Then rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:3 using liquid water proofing compound @ rate 200 ml per 50 Kg bag of cement on horizontal and vertical surfaces of sunken portion.(iv) Then fill the remaining sunken portion with PCC 1:5:10 using brick aggregates including fixing sanitary items requiring embedding in cement concrete. (v) The sunken floor tested for leakage/seepage by ponding it with water for minimum 48 hrs. To ensure that there shall not be any seepage/dampness in the slab as seen underneath and side. 37 NOTE :- SCHEDULE OF CREDIT (Amount shall be deducted offline from the total quoted amount to workout the net contract sum to be considered for acceptance.)
