The cable shall be laid strictly in compliance to RESSPO Norms. (All required material except 33 KV cable provided by Contractor) |
| 3 | Making steel structure forhoisting 33 kv cable and connected to 33 kv bay with post insulator (all required material provided by contractor) |
| 4 | Hoisting of 33 KV 3x300 sq mm XLPE cable providing GI pipe of size 6” dia 3 M long on double pole including its jumpering, complete with Channel and clamps, nut & bolts. As per Resspo and Electrical safety rules. (All material provided by contractor except cable) |
| 5 | Fixing of Outdoor/indoor jointing kit Heat Shrink cable type end Terminations suitable for 33 KV, 3x300 sq mm XLPE cable. As per Resspo and Electrical Safety rule) including jointing kit. (All material provided by contractor) |
| 6 | Erection of complete structure for 33 Kv Isolator in switch yard as per RESPO drawing. Work also includes construction of gantry plinth of size 1.0x0.45x0.45 cum with cement, coarse sand and ballast in ratio 1:3:6 and plastering of plinth with cement & sand in ratio 1:4 including digging of pits & backfilling. All concreting material like cement, ballast, sand labour & T&P etc. shall be provided by the contractor. |
| 7 | Repairing and complete overhauling of 33 KV Isolator, Outdoor VCB Control Pannel, 33 KV outdoor CT at various 33/11 KV Sub Station. |
| 8 | Repairing and complete overhauling of 33 KV isolator with all required material like jaw , PG clamp, rod etc( all required material provided by contractor) |
| 9 | Repairing and complete overhauling of 33 KV outdoor VCB with all required materials like spring charging motor, coil, Lever ,fuses and switches.(all required material provided by the contractor) |
| 10 | Replacement and installation , commissioning of damage 33 kv outdoor CT (Ratio 400/200/1 A) at existing structure.(only CT will be Provided by the department) |
| 11 | Complete testing and repairing of 33 KV control pannel includes Manual & Auto Tripping of Breaker by primary/secondary injection method and minor wiring if required, is also to be done.(all required material provided by contractor) |
| 12 | Replacement and installation of damage 33 kv protection Relay (make micom p-127) of control pannel. (all required material like protection relay etc provided by contractor) |
| 13 | Replacement and installation of damage battery charger 24 volt of control room .(specification input-230V ac 50 Hz , output- 24V - 40 amp. Dc , including Auto cut) (all required material like battery charger etc provided by contractor) |

| 32 | Providing maintenance gang at mela feeding permanent 33/11 kv substation (2 gang for Awas vikas, new Jhunsi, ustapur, hetapatti 33 kv sub station in jhunsi site and 2 gang for fort road, daraganj, baxibundh, Govindpur, teliyarganj 33 kv sub station in Ganga west sideand1 gang for someshwar nath, Arail, jail road 33 kv sub station in Arail naini site) in three shift round o clock (each gang 1 no. skilled and 2 no. unskilled labour) for 60 days. |
