| 32 | Routine repair maintenance & Servicing of CENTRAL REVERSE OSMOSIS WATER TREATMENT PLANT Complete with Electrical / Control Panels and all connected Gadgets / Devices including Routine Checking of Metering Equipments like Voltmeter, Ammeter, Flow Meter, Conductivity Meter (TDS Meter) PH Meter, Pressure Meter etc. including removal/replacement of defective parts having capacity of delivering Pure, Safe and Healthy Drinking Water 5000 Ltr/Hr by removing dissolved Solids like Calcium, Magnesium, Sodium Bicarbonate, Chlorides, Sulphides, etc. in Water by 90-95% and reducing Harmful Minerals like Arsenic, Fluorides, Lead, Bacteria, etc. and bring Water Hardness Level to Safe Drinking Water Limits, Skid Mounted type alongwith Routine maintenance ofRO Water Supply Pumping Set 3.0 HP capacity Each, complete all as specified and as directed :- NOTE :-(a) The Contractor shall engage One Experienced Technician who will visit at an interval of EVERY 30 DAYS and/or as and when required/directed by the Engineer-in-Charge to examine and repair maint of complete Plant.The Technician will report to the JE E/M and Engineer-in-Charge for his Every Visit, failing which no Payment will be allowed to the Contractor.(b) The Plant shall not remain Non Operation more than 8 HOURS in any case either due to Break down or Maintenance otherwise a recovery @ Rs. 300.00 PER HOUR shall be charged from the Contractor beyond 8 HOURS for Non Operation of Plant.(c) The Quoted Unit Rate includes Labour Only for replacement of any type of Spares & Filters,as and when required basis.(d) The Quoted Unit Rate includes the Cost of Chemicals as recommended by Manufacturer for Flushing/Cleaning the System.(e) The Quoted Unit Rate is inclusive of Periodical Back Wash or as and when required to maintain as per the Treatment Guideline of Plant including Cleaning.(f) The Quoted Unit Rate includes the replacement of Minor Spares like Washers Nylon/ Lead, Teflon Tape, Bolt & Nuts, Gland Packing, Gasket, etc. other than specifically Priced.(g) Major Spares like Micron Filter, Membrane, MCCB, Contactors, Relays incl all electronics components will be Measured and Paid for separately. |
