29	Providing and fixing factory made P.V.C. door frame of size 50x47 mm with a wall thickness of 5 mm, made out of extruded 5mm rigid PVC foam sheet, mitred at corners and joined with 2 Nos of 150 mm long brackets of 15x15 mm M.S. square tube, the vertical door frame profiles to be reinforced with 19x19 mm M.S. square tube of 19 gauge, EPDM rubber gasket weather seal to be provided through out the frame. The door frame to be fixed to the wall using M.S. screws of 65/100 mm size complete as per manufacturer’s specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
30	Providing and fixing 30mm thick factory made PVC flush door shutter consisting of panel of Hollow PVC Profile of 24mm thickness, consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size of 19mm x 19mm inserted inside the hollow section of styles, top and bottom rails and two 19mm x 19mm M.S.tubes inserted horizontal inside the hollow profile section at an equal distance from top and bottom of door and fixed with hollow profile section using 3mm thick Pre lam PVC sheet using screws. Hollow PVC profile shall be llipped with 10mm (5mm x 2) thick x 24mm width on styles and rails using solvent cement. The inner panels shall be laminated with 5mm thick termite proof, water proof and fire retardant Prelam PVC sheet using solvent cement on both the sides of the panel etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge, manufacturer\"s specification and drawing.
31	Providing and fixing 18mm thick HDHMR board of density 850 kg/cum(action tesa/ century/ greenply), wherever required in kitchen cabinets/cubboards for shelf/ partition/shutters of required size and also for supports of Shelf/partition etc. The front side of all the edges visible in the shelf/partition etc are to be lipped by 18mm wide and 1mm thick PVC sheet using solvent cement etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and manufacturer\"s specifications. (Piano hinges for shutters will be paid for seperately)
32	Providing and fixing IS : 12817 marked stainless steel butt hinges (heavy weight) with stainless steel screws etc. complete : 125x64x2.50 mm
