| 4 | Material and labour for 5mm thick Epoxy flooring (designed for maximum load of 20 KN/Sqm) comprising of 2mm thick self levelling three component solventless epoxy pigmented top coat over 3mm thick self levelling three component epoxy based screed/ scratch coat over 50 microns thick two components solvent less high solid epoxy resin based floor primer coat using suitable serrated trowels and spiked nylon rollers. complete all as specified as directed and as per manufacturers instructions. |
| 5 | Material and labour for two coats of sloventless epoxy coating (total coated thickness 500 microns)TCS10 Grade, 100 mm girth over solventless epoxy primer coat over one or more coat of white cement based wall care putty including complete removal of existing treatment of any description on coving and preparation of surfaces and levelling wherever required with epoxy mortar (epoxy primer + quartz sand) complete all as specified as directed and as per manufacturers instructions. |
| 6 | M &L for removing of the existing sealant and backer rod from the expansion joint grooves of size 25mm x 30mm including preparation of the surfaces mechanically by industrial vaccuum cleaner/blower to remove all foreign matter, dust and debris unsound or contaminated material, paste, oil, paint, grease, corrosion deposits or algae and grease deposit and applying two compnents epoxy based primer to the groove and inserting polysulphide elastomeric sealent complete all as specified as directed and as per manufacturers instructions. |
