Tender For Erection Of Equipments And Structures For Interchanging Of 132Kv Transformer And Line Bay At 132Kv Sub Station Harraiya Basti., 1 Erection of main & auxiliary structure latice typeAXM, etc consisting of coloumn, beam peak, mast etc and auxiliary structure of installation of CTs, PTs, LA etc. The job consists of shifting of all materials from store to site of erection and erection of structuress as per drawing with the help of GI nut & bolts, flat & spring washer with matching the hole, cutting & mataching of memeber if required,including cost of all men and T&P excluding GI structure Nut & bolts to complete the work. GI structures, nut & bolts and washer will be provided by department free of cost. 2 Erection of 145 KV Equipments 3 145 KV Bus/lineIsolator 4 145 KV Current Transformer 5 145 KV PT 6 120 KV Lightening arrestor 7 145 KV CT Junction box 8 145 KV PT Junction box 9 Laying and termination of following size control cable in trench/Cable trays fromcontrol room panel to 132/33 KV switchyard equipments andtheir junction boxes as per cable schedule including carriage of cable drum from store and all other associated work. 10 2Cx2.5mm² 11 4Cx2.5mm² 12 6Cx2.5mm² 13 Termination of control cable ( per termination) in transformer C&R panel and line DPP as per drawing 14 Cutting strengthening bending and laying 700 mm/500 mm below inside groundMS flatfor proper earthing of main and Auxiliary structure and equipments including welding with main earth mat and with objects to be earthed, The work include excavation trenches and back filling painting and all other associated work as required to complete the work satisfactorily. M.S. flat will be providing by the contractor free of cost. 15 75x10 mm 16 50x6 mm 17 Making delta earthing of 120 LA by fabrication of 03 Nos 3 mtr M.S. round bar ( 36/40 mm dia) electrode it placeing inside the ground and connecting all 03 Nos electrodes with 75x10 mm M.S. flat filling with charcoal and salt as per standard practice. Painting the joints with black japan paint of good quality after proper cleaning of joints by wire brush MS round bar will be provided by dept. free of cost. 18 Safe dismantling of old, running 145 KVC.T. 19 Dismantling of Auxiliary structures type BCT and ALP 20 Safe dismantling of old, running 145 KVPT 21 Safe dismantling of old, running 145 KVLA 22 Safe dismantling of 132 KV Basti(400KV)-Harraiya line from dead-end tower to Sub Station gantry. 23 Stringing of 132 KV Basti(400KV)-Harraiya line from dead-end tower to Sub Station gantry work includes hoisting of insulators, fixing of tension fitting , cutting of conductor, jumpering etc. as per requirement. 24 Dismantling of high mast lighting pole with the help of crane/hydra and shifting from switchyard to storage place after dismantling 25 Equipments interconnection jumpering with main, transfer, jack busbar job includes bending of conductor in proper shape tightening with the help clamps and all other associated work to complete the job. i) 132KV line and transformer bay 26 Stringing ofthree phase jack bus 132 KV with panther conductor. The work includes cutting & bending of conductor, fixing of bolted type tension/suspension fitting. Hoisting of disc insulators and shifting of material from store site to erection site and all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily as per instruction of engineer incharge.
