Conducting standard penetration test (SPT) at 1 m intervals upto 4 m depth and 1.5 m intervals thereafter or every change in stratum whichever is less, Collection of disturbed and undisturbed samples, Observation of water table and carrying out laboratory tests on undisturbed and disturbed soil samples as listed but not limited to the following:a) Bulk density and Moisture contentb) Grain size analysis (sieve & hydrometer analysis)c) Atterberg / Consistency Limits & Specific Gravityd) One dimensional Consolidation test on Clayey soile) Proctor compaction testf) Unconfined Compression testg) Triaxial Shear test (in case of cohesive & c-φ soils)h) Direct shear test (in case of cohesionless soils)i) Swell pressure and Free swell Index determination j) Vane Shear testk) Chemical analysis of Soil and Water samples (on selective samples per borehole) –pH, Chlorides and Sulphates.

Conducting test for soil resistivity measurement using four pole fall of potential (Wenner Method) in the vicinity of the building at specified points (1 set) at specified spacings and recommendations for the type of earthing system as per latest IS-3043 (The measurement shall be done preferably in dry condition at least 72 hours after the last rainfall).
