Outsourcing The Work Of Making, Collecting Items And Serving It In Ug, Bdc, Workshop At Kandri Mine. => Limited; Deploying 01 Nos of Semi-SkilledPerson and 05 unskilled person Daily Basis ( One semiskilled For cooking in I & II Shift. Three person at first shift forSelling of material and Two person For selling of material in second shift and cleaning of canteen utensil and other preparation activities in each Shift)Working in two shifts for 26 days / month ( One Weekly OFF ) round the clock for the necessary work of making ,collecting canteen items and serving it, of Kandri Mine. Deputing Reliever and rotating the shift of the deployed personnel as per requirement.It will be the sole Responsibility of the deputed personnel to cook and sale the material after ensuring quality of food by committee member in this regard. It will be the contractor responsibility for any losses and damage.the persons to be deputed against the contract are to be enrolled as per the Mine Rule 1955 and it will be Mandatory for the employer to adhere to the minimum wages clause, PF etc. We are outsourcing such as making various items at fixed rates, arranging cooking ingredients, supplying snacks (Samosa, Aloobonda, etc.) at various levels below ground and surface (As per Schedule B). The contractor will be responsible for the above activities and the cost of material will be borne by the contractor. The company will only bear the cost of manpower by outsourcing, providing A Type quarter, electricity, and regular drinking water. It will be the responsibility of the contractors to manage the canteen smoothly without any problem. Price of canteen items will be decided by canteen committee member founded by Mine Manger also check quality of material purchased by contractor.
