No. Item Description 1 Rectification of following problem in 145 KV SF-6 Circuit Breaker CB No-73( Muradnagar- Niwari Road Line CGL make)Rectification of Non Operative Mechanical problem of 145 KV SF-6 Circuit Breaker (M/s CGL make) by replacement of ratchet wheel & power with bearing and closing arm, tripping arm with linkage &driving unit (Gear box) catch gear closing, catch gear opening & shock absorver above works involves opening of closing spring coil and associated accessories then removal of damage closing arm tripping arm with linkages spring charging motor, driving unit (Gear box) catch gear closing catch gear opening & shock absorber. Alignment and adjustment of ratchet wheel and associated accessories for proper opening and closing, re-fixing of closing spring, coil and other parts with mechanism for proper operation of breaker and work also included setting the mechanism rod and pole assembly. a)Checking of CRM & Circuit Breaker Timing and closing. b) Checking the Close/Open operation of breaker from remote & local and rectification of wiring fault if any.
