Tender For Competitive E-Bidding For Dryer House Work For Bisalpur Kisan Sahkari Chini Mills ., Ltd., Bisalpur ( Pilibhit) For The Season 2024-25, 1 Description2 In the year 2024-25, various works of the dry house such as breaking the sugar ballast on the hopper, separating dirty and wet sugar, cleaning the grader and mesh, putting sacks on various shoots of the grader and lifting the sack full of sugar from the grader by trolley and weighing it, getting it stitched and keeping it in the dryer house at the specified place! Cleaning around the work place and removing the sack of ballast from the grader shoot and keeping it at the specified place and marking the stitched sacks as per the requirement! Performing all the above tasks in such a way that the production of sugar is not affected! All the work has to be done as per the instructions of the Chief Chemist or his authorized officer!3 Removing the sugar collected in the bin system installed in the mill from the automatic weighing machine through your own resources and stitching it and keeping it in the dryer house at the specified place, cleaning around the work place and marking the stitched sacks as per the requirement! All the above tasks should be carried out in such a manner that sugar production is not affected. All tasks should be carried out as per the instructions of the Chief Chemist or his authorized officer.4 Issue gunny bags of 50 kg capacity from the store every day, take them to the dryer house, print the bags and hand them over to the dryer house clerk after counting (rates including all materials)5 Bring 50 kg capacity HDPE liner from the mill store to the dryer house, put them inside the gunny bags, hand them over to the dryer house clerk after counting and deposit the defective/rejected HDPE liner bags in the store.6 Lift the bundle of 50 kg HDPE bags (500 bags) using own labour and take them to the dryer house. 7 Reprocess the wet sugar produced in the year 2024-25 from the gravel/hopper/bin system and the BISS bags of the previous years at the specified place like Magma/Melter/Crystallizer and after melting, wash and dry all the empty bags with your own labour and deposit them in the store in bundles of 25 each.8 Fill the seed produced in the year 2024-25 in bags on the dryer/grader/bin system and put it in the seed elevator and maintain availability as per the requirement of the pan station in each shift. All work will have to be done as per the instructions of the Chief Chemist or his authorized officer.9 Melt the brown sugar bags produced in the previous sessions continuously in the melter in all three shifts at such a speed that all the bags are melted in 15 days and after melting, wash and dry the empty bags with your own labour and deposit them in the store in bundles of 25 each. 10 At the end of session 2024-25, as per instructions, the newly produced brown sugar should be immediately packed in 50 Kg bags after coming out of the machines, weighed, sealed and lined up and kept at the designated place!
